Very clean and comfortable! Food was excellent! The gal in the food area was very friendly as well as the housekeepers!
The lady at the desk was not friendly! Seemed like she didn’t want to be there! We arrived around 9pm I booked a king suite and she said 3rd party(booking) gave us 2 queens! She said that happens all the time! I said that was a first for me! She kind of was argumentative! She charged me the same for the queens! I thought it should have been cheaper! I told her can I at least get the ground floor I asked for and she checked and said yes!

The Hampton Inn in Longmont was modern, bright, and clean. it was in a good location, somewhat near to shops and the quaint Downtown area. The room was really well laid out and very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, with a great selection, and all of the staff were smiling and nice.
The only thing I could recommend to improve my stay would be USB charging points in the room.

I booked room with two beds and king room; received two king rooms. we have a new baby & wanted second bed for her (yes, she’s spoiled rotten but that’s what she’s used to & no we don’t co-sleep.) it was tough getting her to sleep & keeping her asleep away from home for the first time. this is our only complaint and we did not want to make a big deal of it but should have asked for room with two beds as we reserved.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The cleaning staff was very noisy in the hallways, and some of them did not wear masks. I was also disappointed to see many people at breakfast not wearing masks. I took the breakfast up to my room to eat.

The continental breakfast was one of the best that I've ever had. Waffles, sausage eggs, red potatoes and it ran from 6am to 10am which is an hour longer than most. The pool and hot tub were good size.
