Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boulder Longmont

Overall, a good facility, as I would expect from Marriott. Re. Covid accommodations: room was clean and felt sanitized, size was moderate. Good breakfast options (hot eggs, meat, waffles, breads) I opted for cereal & juice. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Location is fairly easy off highway. I would stay here again, if my travel required a stay in this location.

My overall challenge with most facilities is adequate lighting, especially for working at the desk. Also, it would be nice if a magnifying mirror was available. Had difficulty adjusting room temperature (either too hot or too cold) I did not advise the desk.

The room was quiet. Bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was decent.

We did not receive any housekeeping during the stay. That is OK if you are told to expect that. Had to ask to have the coffee pods refilled when we returned to our room late. Also, would have loved to have some lotion provided.

The welcome was nice. Pleasant person. Clean place, great breakfast service! Actually outstanding breakfast service. Empty body wash and shampoo was replaced on request. Everything was good. However my only complaint was lack of phone outlet’s. Room a bit small but that’s no big deal. Had a lovely stay and will be back in August and December!

This facility was exceptionally CLEAN! Wow, I was amazed at how clean it was--everywhere. The front desk people were diverse, and helpful. The breakfast was a nice addition, pretty expansive options.

The hot tub wasn't warm the first night, but it was fine after. I'm gluten free , no breakfast GF bread choices, but otherwise good.

Breakfast was great, the lemon water in the lobby was great, staff was great, the beds and pillows were comfy, decor was up to date.

Some of the lighting and the sink drain. But we knew it was a busy weekend for them so we didn't make a big deal of it.

Good fresh breakfast selections. With the altitude it was nice having water available every time we came back to the hotel. Front desk check in/evening staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The heater in they room cycle funny and it was a bit loud at night.

There was only a choice of cereal, plain bagels and juice. And instant oatmeal

I didn’t like the lack of communication. When I called to ask if the pool and hot tub were open I was told yes they are. I was never told that there was a reservation system not that the reservations were full. Rather than going to Estes Park as originally planned, I chose to come here for my children to be able to swim and then get to the hotel, check in and THEN get told that the pool was full.

all the lights in our room had switches, but none of the lamps would turn on. we tried turning on the main wall switch, thinking that would control the bedside lights, but nope. are all the lights decorative??

Considering the situation, all was well.

I thought I was booking through Marriott directly. At the end of the call, the person I was speaking with said, "Thank you for choosing Marriott". I had to pay the full price at the time of the call. When I reached the front desk of the hotel, I was told that I had booked through Priceline.com. Due to having been evacuated from a fire, the front desk wanted to offer us a discounted rate, but said they couldn't because I booked through Priceline. Wish it had been more clear to whom I was speaking, especially with being very "rattled" from having to evacuate. Actual staff were very kind!

Breakfast options were great and full of variety. Hotel and rooms were decorated in a very appealing modern way. Rooms were very clean. Staff was professional and helpful.

Only suggestion I have is to have a variety of thicknesses on pillows. I like and use a thin pillow. There were no thin pillows.
