Scott on reception was very helpful. Good vibes. Location was great. Room very clean ,with good facilities. Microwave fridge coffee maker. Table with 2 chairs, room to sit comfortably. Beds very comfortable great after a long flight.shower plus bath a bonus.

Nothing to pick fault with for the price.. Would definitely stay again.. Didn't stay long enough to use the pool which looked good too.

this place is very quiet

I've been here two weeks and nobody's been in my room for cleaning had to change my own sheets. and there's no phone in the room You're supposed to be but there isn't one and they have an offered to put one in the room.

The staff, from the desk workers to the cleaning staff, were all very friendly and welcoming, and didn't mind answering my questions and helped me with my wifi/phone troubles and even accepted a special request lol I wanted to listen to the TMNT theme at the pool, very sweet staff, wish I had time to leave them with a tip

The internet was the only problem I had. My phone has been having issues and I was worried I'd be stuck in a county I wasn't familiar with but not the hotel's fault, wifi can be spotty

The reception clerk was exceeding helpful with carrying bags to the 2nd floor, with connecting me to Internet, and with the laundry. She was smart, capable, and professional.

On a credit card transaction, a $100 deposit was redundant. And insulting. Photocopying my drivers license was unacceptable, especially without my permission.

I love staying there when I am visiting the area. The staff are courteous and polite and ALWAYS willing to help. They were courteous and polite to my entire family and we loved the use of the pool!!! Very clean and cautious due to the Covid-19 epidemic!!!

I was overcharged $230.00 for my 3 night stay. I also couldn't use the WI-FI in my room. We couldn't connect even after tech support tried to fix it. I was however, reimbursed the overcharge.

We had almost everything we needed available to us. Also, the people were very nice.

We didn’t like that there was no fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogged up almost instantly when taking a shower. And the towels were in the shower which we also consider a failed design, especially since there wasn’t a fan to move the humidity out of the shower or bathroom.

Location was perfect since we were going to the National State Park the next day!

The breakfast was granola bars, juice and coffee. I thought it could of had more, but that is my opinion. At least there was something!

Didn't like the required $100 deposit and the Non Smoking room had cigarette burns on the tables on the bed spread and on the floor

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean

Entrance was hard to get into. Breakfest was poor. Not a large selection of vending machines, they only had 1 machine
