The room was spacious and clean. Love the trundle bed and linens for it in the closet. That's pretty cool. Breakfast was pretty good with a decent selection.

Young Man on the front desk seemed as if I was wasting his time, during a phone call and then at arrival. We meet about 2x's a month, from Colorado Springs and from Cheyenne ,so I try to be very clear when asking questions about payment requirements, requests for check in/check out times, etc. So that we can coordinate and have as little wait time when we arrive. He rushed me on the phone and gave me misinformation, causing me to have to wait for my other guest to arrive before I could check in to our room. Then he was rude when I arrived, and again didn't seem to have time or any concerns about us as guests at all. Otherwise the trip was good, room was clean and other staff were helpful and courteous.

new decor was very clean looking. Breakfast was much better quality than similar facilities.

I understand that it was remodeled recently; however there was a lack of inspection apparently. The bathroom fan did not work. Also in the bathroom above the hook, there was a piece of painter blue tape marking an unpainted area. there was confusing information or coordination about maid service. We were told if we wanted maid service, to notify the front desk. We did not request maid service yet the room was serviced in our absence even though the “sleeping sign was on the door on the second day of our stay. Last, the elevator makes a high pitched scraping sound when opening and closing.

It's always quiet and relaxing. You do not get a lot of noise from the hall.

Newly renovated room- 1st inspection bathroom looked as if not cleaned, after inspection it appeared to be construction marks on tub and tile. Black marks that didn't smudge. Would need a solvent to scrub/ scrap off. For me the bed was too hard. My partner loved it.

We had a great stay! The beds were very comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfasts very much.

The only thing we had an issue with is the walls are very thin and there was a crying baby staying next door. The baby woke us up several times.

We loved the staff and our room was amazing. They were on top of everhthing and gave us no greif about anything. The girl working front desk over night was absolutely amazing. Looking forward to staging again

I had a great stay! A little thrown off that we couldnt order food after like 10 pm everything here closes early and getting a lyft or door dash or uber or uber eats is almost impossible. But other than that it was great all the staff was exceptional

Clean, nice common space to sit in for free breakfast, did not use but gym and pool area, room very nice size. Appreciated small kitchenette and desk, great water pressure.

A/C runs loud.

It felt clean and welcoming.

The TV was set up in an awkward place where it would be difficult to watch from the couch or the bed. But I don’t know where else it could go.

The kitchenette in our room was nicely set up, clean, organized room.

the room wasn’t very sound proof. you could here every toilet, door, and person walking in the halls.
