Loved the layout of the large rooms. Unfortunately we were too busy to use the pool, exercise room or swimming pool, but it all looked great! Also loved the fact that we could walk right around the corner to Le Peeps, one of our favorite brunch restaurants!

The request new towels situation. It wasn’t clear what to do with the dirty towels. Also, we requested our room to be cleaned on day two of our four day stay and only got new bath towels. So we were out of hand and wash towels day three and four. Obviously no big deal because we never let the staff know. But you asked! 😀

The breakfast was wonderful. The availability of easy-prep food was very helpful. I had plenty of privacy and good wifi to attend my conference, partly online, and partly in person. The location was convenient to both Denver and Boulder.

I'm 82 yo with mobility issues. I'd like to suggest you hire someone to help with luggage for older travelers, especially traveling alone.

This was the first Home2 Suites that we stayed at and it left us with a very positive impression. The room was spacious (2 x queen bed with sitting area). The room has a kitchen with sink, dishwasher, large microwave, and a full size refrigerator! If you need a stove, you can request one from the front desk and they will send one. Basic dishes and cooking equipment were provided. Room and bathroom were clean; the room lighting was good. They have laundry facilities near the entrance where the fitness center (well equipped) is located. The location of the hotel is good; there is a Safeway one block away, and numerous restaurants nearby.

The included breakfast was basic and did not have any protein (like sausage or bacon) on the two days that we were there. They seem to have a nice indoor pool that is near the elevators because it was noisy in that area the two nights we were there.

Location was great for our needs, very centrally located. I really liked having a full size fridge & sink and kitchen area, and a couch in the room. Whoever thought of having the curtain between the bed and couch - brilliant!! One of us is always staying up later reading, so it really helped!

I had a lot of trouble with wifi; I didn't receive emails for a couple of daysl. Finally, front desk gave me a # to call and I talked to Hilton tech. Couch could have a couple of pillows - it's deep. Also needs a small table next to it for drinks.

I liked the room a lot. It was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Most of the desk clerks were very friendly! When I checked in, the clerk was very supportive because we came from our home where the boiler had suddenly gone out. For the first week I kept losing keys and mixing up the one to my room with the one for my grandson's room, and the clerks were very patient! I would recommend this hotel when given the opportunity.

I thought the property surrounding the hotel was too crowded. There was not very much parking, and the overflow was supposed to be on Sherman Street, in a spot that was fairly dark. I never had to use overflow parking, fortunately, but I suggest that something be done to increase parking on the grounds of the hotel.

I liked that there was a variety of food available for purchase in the lobby. The pool was awesome. The room was extremely large with hardwood floors. Good kitchen facilities. The staff was fully masked. I would definitely stay here again.

There was no room cleaning without making an appointment. In the 5 days I was there I kept forgetting before the cut off for making arrangements, so the room was not restocked or cleaned. The major complaint would be that the garbage pails were small, and with a kitchen I was leaving bags of trash outside my room which remained most of the day until finally someone would pick it up. The service picking up wet towels and trash was spotty. The breakfast was not well stocked and ran out of food, and food was not marked for contents so I couldn’t tell if the omelets had cheese or not (I am lactose intolerant), and there was no one to ask. But, overall I loved this place and would stay again.

Good location for us; pleasant staff. A little slow in providing towels (we were there for 4 days.

I was offended by the per firm parking charge. Virtually all guests arrive by auto. this was simply amena of grabbing $10 more per day per room. The breakfast was not great.

I don't have any complaints whatsoever in the Air Force GPS all entirely was managed by the dod so you have now guardians sitting those positions where they sit at a computer just like so you have now guardians sitting those positions where they sit at a computer just like me and

The breakfast was good and had lots of stuff to choose from. The hotel was pretty quiet in all, I barely heard anyone in other rooms or in the halls

I didn't like that I had to pay $10 a night to park in there parking lot. ???

Room size and facilities

Breakfast selection was reasonable but as the same every day not at all 'inspiring' Room at front of hotel impacted by neighbouring train line and noisy trains at night.
