Super 8 by Wyndham Longmont/Twin Peaks

The room was small but clean and nicely decorated. The common areas were well kept and clean, as well. Check-in went very quickly and the front desk person was very pleasant, despite having had a very busy day. Breakfast was good, with biscuits and gravy and hard boiled eggs, as well as yogurt, make your own waffles, and toast. I was pleasantly surprised by this location, as the ratings were not that high.

It would be nice if they could add bananas or tangerines for a healthy addition to their breakfast options.

The location was great! There was a Wal-mart super center within walking distance.

A $100 room deposit was added to my credit card in case of room damage. I understand this if a person is paying in cash because once they check out they're gone, but an 85 year old couple paying with a credit card? To my way of thinking, the proprietor of this motel could easily have a picture of a damaged room and charge an innocent person this fee. I will never stay at any facility that does this!

The location in Longmont was convenient for the purpose of the trip. I requested a ground floor room and that was granted. The hotel is on a busy intersection in town so it isn’t a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioner was very noisy so it drowned out the road noise. Appreciated the breakfast. Appreciated the towel rack and hook on the bathroom door. Black out curtains effective for the window. Although we did not make use of it, the room had a microwave and a sizeable refrigerator. Overall for the price, it was adequate but not exceptional.

The noisy air conditioner drowned out the road noise but it indicated that the filter needed changing. The overhead light had a very dim bulb and there was no light near the door. Breakfast options were limited and were the same every day. Other than toilet paper in the bathroom, there were no tissues in the room.

The property is conveniently located at the crossroads of two main roads to Denver and the Rocky Mountains NP. The room was big, well furnished and mostly functional. The staff was very nice and helpful. The fridge was big and the microwave convenient. The bathroom was well equipped with a large bathtub. The hotel was very quiet in general when I was there (no loud guests).

The old-fashioned AC was loud but effective. The lighting was poor in the room and 2 bulbs were not working. There was no clothes cabinet, only a non-functional rail with a few hangers (one of the screws was almost out of the wall). However there were 3 small drawers.

The hotel stuff was very nice, breakfast was good and hotel had a good location, since we were visiting Rocky Mountains and it was way more affordable then other hotels in the area.

From the description I expected bigger bed. Other hotels with the same description had wider beds and since we have 2 children it was very crowded.

This was a great hotel, nice facilities and amenities, with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. They gave substantial take-away breakfast in the morning, including biscuits and gravy, hard-boiled eggs, and muffins, which we enjoyed. We also took advantage of the laundry machines, getting change from the front desk and detergent from the convenient vending machines. The room was nice, the parking free, located right near a gas station and good restaurants, and only about 45 minutes away from the National Park.

When we came back to the hotel for the second night, our key cards had stopped working and we couldn't get into the hotel from the entrance near our room. Someone let us in but we couldn't get into our room. When we went to the front desk, we rang the bell, shouted, called the phone, but no one was staffing the desk at 7 in the evening. Eventually, another guest came by and pounded on the housekeeping door for us and the front staff member rushed out without explanation of where he was and reset our cards for us.

Room was all I could ask for. Clean, comfortable, great bed. Wifi was good - a little spoty. Front desk associate was really kind and helpful.

I found the breakfast to be slightly lacking. I would have enjoyed some fresh fruit and maybe some eggs. The biscuts and gravy were good, but not very substantial as the main course.

I was in Longmont so I would be close to Boulder for surgery the next day. The room was open and easy to move through with my scooter. The bathroom was wide open and convenient.

Your website needs to be updated. I think the damage deposit we paid was higher then what was listed on the website.

Bathroom vent fan not working. Sink drain not open far enough to drain. (Had to remove stopper) No fresh towels second day. Poor lighting. (Dim) Picture on batroom wall not mounted well. (Tried to level and one side fell down)

All the staff folks were especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast would have benefited (for me) by having some fresh fruit.

The price seemed high -- but then, so is the competition. Quite a step jump in cost, over the last couple of years (so it seems).
