Courtyard by Marriott New Haven Orange

Excellent location on/off I-95 at Marsh Hill Rd. Serves Starbucks! Nice pool area. Very comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. I would stay here again but on a high floor! There is an Outback Steakhouse in front of the hotel on the same property area.

Not too sound proof from above walkers or next room. Had a door separating rooms but could hear the TV, music and talking. The outside was being remodeled but it didnot affect the stay at all.

Bed very comfortable. Very convenient location to I 95 Staff members all friendly. Hyland ( sp?) , who checked us in , was just great!! He was extraordinarily polite, friendly, and professional!!

I thought there might have been coffee offered in AM. Also, fitness center could be larger! Pool really not "swimmable"

I am so sad that I cannot recall the woman's name that took our order for breakfast; she was absolutely lovely! We had such a nice discussion while we waited for our breakfast to be made (I believe her son was the cook!) The food was very good. The hotel just completed the renovations that I read others discussing; almost everything appears to be done. The bar/dining area aesthetic is good, and everything there and in the room was very clean. The staff was polite and very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

There are still a few areas that they are working on updating as a part of the renovation; honestly, it is the carpeting in the elevator, and the wood furniture in the room appeared to be a bit worn, but was still sturdy (can't blame them for recycling if the items are still in good functional form) No other complaints at all.

Good location, pretty easy access, personal very welcoming. possibility to eat some snacks even late at night and welcoming gift with water and chips is really a nice thought.

the shower is (as usual) the poor parents of the hotel. Door was jammed and the fossett wasn't working properly. Looks like the overall shower isn't made for hotel regular use!

Bed was amazing. Shower was great with adjustable flow head and good pressure. Cleaning staff were thorough and efficient.

Other inconsiderate guests with loud cars outside room late at night. Restaurant was closed for renovations. No vending machines. Not a very convenient location if you don't have a car.

This was our third time staying at this hotel while we were visiting our children and grandchildren and we will never stay anywhere else again. The hotel is immaculate,they have the most comfortable beds and I am in love with their showers. The staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant.

I am bummed that they weren't able to offer breakfast but that is because of the COVID pandemic. I'm sure we will have plenty of time to enjoy their breakfasts during all our future stays.

Not told that my credit card would be charged extra in case of incidentals, so a little confusing at first. Price of items in shop very high $4+ for 20 oz bottle of iced tea

The hotel is very nice, great location, best value I could find. Very clean and felt safe there.

The first night it was quiet the second night it was noisey but it was a friday and the hotel was busy. The food in the hotel was expensive so we went out.

The location is great the staff is very good the beds are comfortable.

We went on a family little getaway we couldn’t even go in the pool even though it was open it was so murky and cloudy it didn’t look safe to even swim in it it’s never been like that before. The rooms could’ve been a little bit cleaner.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Me and family got this hotel as an accommodation from booking.com when our first hotel would not accommodate me and my family. The courtyard Marriott staff were awesome especially Mr. Hyland & Marlene. I enjoyed my stay and definitely will return in the near future.
