Hyatt Place Milford/New Haven

The room was very clean! Great bed. Nice size TV. Liked the size of the room and layout. The staff was very nice. Fantastic coffee in the morning. OJ was good quality. Good working refrigerator. Temperature and air quality was perfect!

The breakfast eggs could of been better and it was likely microwaved. Girls behind counter had no masks. No forks available. No newspaper. Road noise. The internet has a restaurant and bar, but not staffed. Could not get Internet.

We liked the spa. Great options for breakfast. Rooms were a great size for a big family. Staff extremely friendly.

Wish the girls shower had shampoo , conditioner and soap though to rinse off better in the spa. The breakfast didn't stay warm at all. Had to warm it up. Things were good a little to long as bacon just disintegrated, croissants were very hard, we stayed in a 2 double and pull out coach room the beds were super hard, and the couch cushions where so flat it hit the bars from the pull out bed. Maybe an update. No storage as it looks like it was removed from living room. We were in 513.

The location was perfect. Our room overlooked the marsh which we weren't expecting. Very serene. The room was impeccably clean. Very happy with our stay. Close by to great restaurants.

The only thing we did not like was the breakfast. It was basically a "boiled" English muffin and scrambled eggs and burnt sausage. No toaster was available due to COVID.

The breakfast was horrible 😫😩...eggs cold sausage cold home fries cold..the meals where pre made placed on top of an oven to stay warm,didn't work...no verity of any kind,I understand covid issues,but their could of been more options of food..

It was very clean. Staff was helpful and they let me borrow a wine opener which was great. Breakfast buffet included. Best value in the New Haven area for sure! Will def be coming back whenever I am in the area!

It was under construction outside. What of just been nice to know and I still would of booked. Did not affect anything inside the hotel and no noise.

Very nice facility as far as location, price, cleanliness and comfort. I didn't stay for breakfast.

Wasn't able to get a receipt at checkout. The young man was quite rude and annoyed that I was requesting a receipt as my proof of checkout. I booked through bookit.com(3rd party) as I always do and NEVER had any problems as this is way of proving my departure from the hotel. He was so rude that I DON'T plan to ever book there again nor will I recommend this place. Although the facility itself was great, attitude like his is unacceptable and washes away all the GOOD the hotel offers.

Comfortable beds Good accomodations for one night rest.

Lobby was not welcoming (not a fan of the decor) Not very easy to get to from highway

great breakfast and nice menu of other food. The pizza was excellent.

In three day stay there was no cleaning of room. we had to ask for replacement items such as towels, coffee packets, and creamers. Had to find someone to take the trash cans to be emptied.

The staff was wonderful and the room was beautiful and was surprisingly quiet even though we were right next to the elevator. Bed was extremely comfortable

The ONLY issue we had was the actual bathroom was extremely tiny and no exhaust fan. Water was running off everything by the time you were done. Also it needed a larger shower curtain. No matter what we did we ended up with water on the floor . . Alot of it.

4 lights on one of the elevator are out. Floor in my room, even if it was vacuum and/or shampooed still looks dirty. I kept my socks or shoe on. No microwave in the room was a disappointment. The first morning, lady started breaking down breakfast at 9:30am, when it save breakfast serve to 10. Checking guy and gal were awesome. Checking out was efficient and this new guy was on it, multi tasking. I would use this location again.

The shower drain is very slow so all the dirt you just washed off the body, plus whatever is left in yje tumb is now settling between your toes. No microwave- got to add a microwave and more options at breakfast, especially for guests that rather not eating meat.
