Hilton Garden Inn Shelton

Room was very clean and the floor I stayed on was very quiet.

Room key did not work, had to go back down stairs I asked the front desk to find out why my room key was not working she stated that she didn't know. She gave me a new key but I felt that her response was not helpful she gave me the impression that I was disturbing her.

Room was clean. Breakfast was okay but had to pay extra for it.

I expected it to be much more elaborate than our stay at Comfort Inn in Naugatuck, Conn. It was equal or LESS. At least the Comfort Inn gave us a free breakfast daily. Because many of the amenities were NOT available due to COVID- you should LOWER your rates because we were not able to utilize the amenities listed on your website.

The room was spacious and it was extremely clean and the bathroom was a very good size. It was quiet and we had a great time. The staff were very friendly especially the young lady that was at the front desk when I checked in. We will definitely stay there when we come back to CT.

The breakfast was good, my husband had breakfast I didn't. The staff was so friendly and nice and helpful loved them! Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. My husband was in the hot tub he loved that. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel was nice, clean, friendly staff. We only stayed 2 nights, would book again.

We had to park in the basement parking, felt it was isolated, dark and creepy. The door into the hotel from parking was not locked, anyone could walk in. Most areas of parking like this one, to get into the hotel you have to swipe your room card or have some kind of system to secure the hotel. My husband was with me , otherwise I would have been very uncomfortable parking There.

I parked my car at the hotel and someone broke in and stoled my tablet a watch a bag with my medication and other stuff I'm in the process of reporting to authority because is the only way to get theme to look into the Cameras

The breakfast situation and cost. I booked almost 4 months in advance- it stated breakfast would be $4 per person each morning. It wasn't the case. Showed them my paperwork. Didn't make a difference for my entire stay. They honored one morning but refused to do so the 2nd. If I had known who probably have chosen another place to stay.

I loved how clean and quiet everything was. Very easy to access outside facilities such as restaurants and shopping areas. Just a really nice, quiet place to stay for a weekend…

My digital key stopped working, and I had to get a hard one. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Room was spacious and comfortable. It was a hot and humid day out and they had the temperature in my room close to perfect when I arrived. Amenities were good given we are still dealing with COVID. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. All in all it was a nice stay! The value of the room was great.

When I booked the room I had a request for accommodations. It wasn't done and it's ok but if it was then it would have been exceptional. Still a great experience
