We were there from Saturday to Sunday and no complaints. Pool is great and loved the water slide. You’ll want to make a reservation if you plan on using the pool. Room was clean, location was in a great spot with tons of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was amazing and buffet style as of July 2021. No complains here. Would go back for sure!

The best bed and the pillows were phenomenal. I would love to purchase some for my home. Staff was very professional and helpful. Allowed us to check in really early. We had drove 14 hours and was in need of a early check in. Exceptionally helpful. I alwasys love staying at the hampton. Stayed in many in different states and have not been disappointed. They live up to there expectations.

The breakfast was delicious and the pool for the kids was enjoyable especially the slide. The rooms were hudge.

There was a lazy african american that was not friendly and when questions was asked she had a attitude.

Location and staff was excellent as well breakfast was great.

Everything was great there wasn’t anything I didn’t like

I have no complaints, breakfast was good were love to go back to that amazing breakfast the hotel used to serve but due to COVID, we are here. lovely room nice in comfortable for the family, kids love the pool as always.

Amy, who worked the front desk, is extremely with-it! She paid close attention to the needs of everyone coming and going! Amy is a warm, welcoming, kind and attentive professional. She was very helpful to me and to my daughter. She is an asset to Hampton by Hilton. Shelton and deserves recognition for going above and beyond for guests.

The room could have been cleaner. There were crumbs and debris under the ottomans that could have been easily discovered and vacuumed up. There was dust on shelves and furnishings that could have easily been dusted away. There were piles of "dust bunnies" under the ac unit in the room, (only noticed when I picked up my shoes from the floor) These are easy "fixes" The room was otherwise very nice and very comfy.

Good price and location, fast internet and very friendly personal. There is also swimming pool inside the hotel with long water slide, which is cool, but looks little bit old (but still safe). Our small baby really enjoyed the water slide. Breakfast was good, but only with basic food, but waffles and coffee was fantastic.

Elevator (engine) was little bit more loudly than we expected, which should be noisy during the night (until they fix it). We got room close to the elevator, but they changed it for another one with no issues, where was everything fine (no noise from the elevator).

The room was amazing...clean.. modern...the beds were very comfortable and the room so spacious. One was able to work at a desk while the other was able to sleep in one of the beds in another section of the room with no disturbances. The pool area is definitely nice. The location is great , nearby multiple food choices and close to main stream on/off ramps. I would definitely stay here again! It was probably my first perfect stay anywhere!!

Honestly.... nothing. We liked everything!

We liked this hotel, breakfast was nice. The room was clean and had enough space. Amazing, that room has it own kitchen.

It could be more quiet. The door has a hole at the bottom, and you could hear what happens outside. Through this space below the door, the neighbor's children threw leaflets with memes at us. We traveled with dogs and it better include informational at Booking what amount of money you should pay additionally for that (75$)

The size of the rooms, the waterslide, the lounge area.

There seemed to be a shortage of towels for the rooms as well as the pool. We booked a room for 5 people and were only given 2 towels. When I went to the front desk for more towels there weren't any. They did bring them up as soon as they were ready which was nice. Went to the pool and there was only 1 towel left. Luckily I had brought some for my kids so they had them. I'm not sure if there is a shortage of laundry staff or if the hotel just needs to purchase more towels.
