I really enjoyed the staff's friendly and kind attitude. When we called for anything. It was handled accordingly. The pool was amazing. Clean and warm. Really great experience

Only thing I can think of is the microwave had a really bad smell when used. And maybe should be replaced. That is all.

Suite was spacious with many amenities. Check-in & check out were easy.

Breakfast was very disappointing. We tried a few different items but they were terrible. We dined elsewhere next day. Also disappointed with lack of maid service. Emptying garbage, making up bed, and replacing towels are minimal services I had expected.

Always a pleasure to stay here! The staff is amazing! They always have a little something for my kid! The breakfast is nice (nothing special though), the rooms are big and there's a full kitchen too! Perfect for families! The pool is always a nice temperature too!

My only negative comment would be the cleanness of the pool. It is always busy, so probably that's why, but we always find hair in the water!

We called while we were on our way to see if we could check in a little early. The front desk person said they had no record of our reservation. Anyway, after several calls to find out what was going on, including one hang up, we spoke to Sales. That person checked and found our booking. Apparently the person at the desk didn't know to check online bookings through Booking.com or other booking services. Not a good experience.

The pool was well-maintained. The room was pretty nice. The traditional breakfast could only have been better if there was an omelet chef handy, or at least some less carby options. I once went to a hotel that sauteed cole slaw mix and served it for breakfast. That stuff rocks for breakfast. Earlier check-in than 4 would be nice too, like 2pm. The staff was nice.

I can't say anything really hit me much the wrong way, except maybe the 4pm check-in. Earlier would be more convenient.

Neat and clean, comfortable stay

Booked 2 rooms and were provided rooms 1 in each corner of the hotel. Hotel has a very long corridors on each floor which made it very uncomfortable especially with kids. Rooms are not cleaned everyday or alternate day. You need to book for your room to be cleaned or towels changed.

Hotel was fabulous! Great location to my son's school for family weekend. Facility was very well kept and clean. Our room was upgraded at no extra charge upon check in. We wound up in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite. It was outstanding! Full size kitchen, dining area, living room area, plus two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Room was spotless! Staff was warm and welcoming! Breakfast was very good -- hot meal selections with additional bagels, fruits, etc. Very pleased with our entire staff and will definitely stay here again, even though daily rate was pretty pricey.

I cannot say there was anything we did not like. Our stay was great from beginning to end.

the 2 br was awesome! each BR had a separate bathroom with shower. and kitchen with full fridge, microwaved glass top burner, dishwasher. and living dining room area. 3 tvs. the breakfast was amazing! the laundry facilities were clean 2 Reg washers & dryers. 1 commercial washer and dryer. $2.00 each Reg wash dry & 3.00 per commercial wash/dry.

the light above dining area was not working.

once we found it , great space . had a Robles re a locked door but maintenance guy was outstanding .fixed it when we were out and left chocolate. He is to be commended .thank you . reception staff also friendly and helpful

could not walk to restaurants but not a problem . no bacon at breakfast but that just being picky
