Best Western Mayport Inn and Suites

The staff person who helped with Breakfast was excellent, kind, helpful.

Seemed that front desk staff were under high pressure to get people out of rooms at 11 AM on day of leaving. We have experienced Best Western hotels to be overly rigid with check-out time compared to other major hotel and bed-and-breakfast venues. When extra time is needed, we ask if okay to extend-- but staff look stressed at some Best Western's to give 15 min to 30 minute after check-out time. We understand but desk person at Mayport seemed under most stress we've seen related to giving extra time in room though polite throughout.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, close to family, food and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Even though everything was clean the rooms and hotel itself are a little dated. They could use a remodel to update everything. Fresh paint and new carpet could make this location perfect.

The staff was awesome!!! My daughter was in the hospital at Mayo. My dates were off by a day and the manager shifted them for me so we could be near her. He asked about her each day!! They were great! Thank you!!!

The staff was friendly and professional, everyone was very welcoming. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were in town to visit my son who is stationed at Mayport and the hotel is just down the street so it worked out perfectly. I almost left my favorite pillow and Millie at the front desk ran it out to the parking lot for me as we were leaving, very awesome staff!

I loved walking into the hotel and it smelled clean and looked amazing! The front desk worker was prompt and check in was easy! We enjoyed our stay so much we added another night!

Some of the floor and wall is tearing, but it isn’t anything to complain about. I didn’t like the fact that there were only a few channels to choose from and i couldn’t do airplay to connect my phone

Really friendly staff and a excellent breakfast variety. Close to beaches and surrounded by restaurants.

The pool desperately needed cleaning and the beds could use new mattresses.

Jason was very professional, helpful and friendly during our check in. We traveled with pets and our room was close to an outside door to take them out, that was very convenient and appreciated. The room was nice and the facilities were clean and comfortable. Great experience!

Have relatives in the general area, so location was the best. Was comfortable and breakfast was nice.

I loved how quite and peaceful it was in the hotel.. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast there wasn't any meat.

The complimentary HOT breakfast was incredible. I was pleasantly surprised and made me want to stay at Best Western again. I haven't seen a spread like that at a hotel in years. Most complimentary "breakfasts" I've seen at competitors involve individually wrapped processed pastries and tire shop grade coffee.
