The rooms were very clean and neat! Breakfast was awesome and filled up until it was over, so there was no rush to head down to grab something. Staff was soooo nice and friendly! Each shift each front desk receptionist was great with smiles and positive attitudes, my son even hurt himself and one of the ladies took care of him and he was all better. The cleaners and cooks were amazing as well.. Definitely care about those who come to stay. The area was perfect, near everything. We will definitely come back here again no doubt.

We absolutely loved the convenience of the kitchette as well as the free daily breakfast bar. The room and common areas were very clean and staff was super friendly. We are making this our regular stay place while my daughter is having procedures done at The Mayo Clinic, which it also a great convenience factor. There is also a great coffee & drink stop in front of the parking lot.

The property was very neat and clean. I like the scenery on the outside. The fire pit was very relaxing. The inside sitting area was very refreshing. I like how we was giving complimentary breakfast during our stay. The rooms set-up was nice and I love the bathroom!!

No complaints

The spacious lobby which allowed our multiple families to gather and spend time together without being harrassed by staff. The breakfast was good for me and the protein diet I'm on. My family enjoyed the weight room and being able to watch the NBA finals in the lobby without sitting at a bar. The hotel looked new and clean. Close to many restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach.

The unpleasant staff who unblocked our room which we reserved 2 weeks ago to accommodate others and the rude way she spoke to us about it. Thank God I am reading the book, Bait of Satan, about Offense or I would have responded differently. Courtesy Customer Service Training is a must.

The staff was superb and the hotel was very nice, clean, and conveniently located. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again. Irina was amazing. She was very positive and outgoing and always willing to help.

Hello, the room was very nice and comfortable. I love that it had a kitchenette in it.. The outside sitting area, however was not what I expected because it was in the front of the hotel. All in all I love this hotel, and have already recommended to family members. I will be back if time permits me.

I liked just about everything about the hotel to include the staff friendliness, clean common areas, rooms and bathroom, clear and clean swimming pool and pool area, cute suites and great location!

The only minor things that I didn't like was the queen beds were a little too firm for me to sleep on. Bedding was clean though. The breakfast did not include any pancakes or waffles or non-pork meat!

Our kids live in JAX and live in a small home. THIS is our "go-to" place every time we visit! We love how clean the rooms are and we love the fact that we can bring our little dog and have seen other pet visitors! The rooms/facilities are always clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The locationwas next to a shopping complex with walmart and restaurants. A The room was amazing, clean, fresh and modern. Great TV. Great Extended stay type refrigerator. Great bedding cover and aheets. We actually looked forward to staying in the room at night.

The breakfast was what they call takeout. It was more a continental breakfast. Say so when booking instead of leading someone to believe it is a real breakfast.
