good value for money.

front desk chap was not accomodating. inquired about early check in and he only said “it’s not yet time.” he told me to wait and sit by the lobby. 5 minutes later a family came in to check in early. He accomodated them very quickly and got them their room. i was at the lobby looking at him but he did not even notice i was there. had to ask him why he let the other family check in ahead of me. he did not even apologize for this. VERY RUDE! The pool was dirty!

The person that was next to me had a dog ( not pet friendly I thought) barked all morning and the shower was never cleaned had an old razor with hair in the shower! AC did not work on the wall so we had to keep turning it off manually!

Comfortable beds. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. There is plenty of parking. The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff kept everything clean and stocked.

Not a dislike, but for those that are not familiar with Jacksonville, the hotel is not in a pretty area. It is NOT unsafe, just near car dealerships, not much around in terms of restaurants. Beaches are 20-25 minutes away. Exits to 295 are 1 minute away (convenient).

The breakfast had a lot of variety. I really enjoyed the pancake machine. The coffee was just as good as Starbucks. The staff kept the food fresh an at temperature. Fresh fruit and hot cinnamon rolls were an added variety.

Everything was great. Hospitality team was very helpful. The staff gave us suggestions on where to dine. Lots of good eating n the area. We really enjoyed the Crafty Crab. Bono BBQ. We appreciated the Walmart being on the next exit. Sams Club is also in the area easy to find.

The room was modern and had a nice large TV. Everything was clean. It was nice that they provide bath necessities in full size refillable containers, not tiny little bottles. The bed, pillows and bedding were all very comfortable. Air conditioner was nice & cold. Breakfast was very good - the selection of hot food was large. The staff was very friendly. We had no issues at all during our stay.

It can be hard to find depending which way you come from but if you pay very close attention to your GPS you should be fine. There is also a very busy intersection with no light so getting out of the area can be hectic at times.

Breakfast was on point. Good fresh and good options. The stay was good but I had to call room service because my tv was unplugged for some reason and I didn't notice untill my second day. I believe it was because the tv would come on automatically in the am and request you make a selection to check out which also corresponded with my alarm going off but I wanted to snooze so assume the reason the last person unplugged the whole entertainment system. I would change that feature next time as I found it extremely annoying to have to keep turning off the tv to snooze a little more.

The TV coming on repeatedly on day of check out to ask me to make a check out selection. I don't like that feature.

Friendly and responsive front desk associates. Very good breakfast selection included with room cost and fresh. All areas of our room were clean and well stocked. Easy check-in & check-out.

No ice machine available on first floor where our room was. When asked, we were advised that ice machines were on 2nd and 4th floor & the front desk clerk advised the machine on the 2nd floor had been out-of-service and they weren't sure if it had been repaired. (this was asked at 7:30am on a Sunday, so it was possible the front desk employee wasn't made aware of the status when they came in to work 30 minutes prior at 7AM), which is understandable. No TV guide or instructions for remote use, we all know that every TV remote is different. So, a learning/searching experience thru the remote functions for use.
