Lovely, quality facility. Clean, comfortable rooms. Valet was very easy to use and friendly. Front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. Great coffee at the little coffee and breakfast shop. Beautiful view and location.

The elevator setup was somewhat inconvenient. Certain elevators did not get you where you needed to go without a lot of walking around. The restaurant staff seemed to be inconvenienced by our wanting service the one time we ate downstairs. We chose not to eat or drink there the rest of our stay and it was fine. I think it’s becoming more normal to give subpar service and still expect a good tip because it’s hard to find people to work. Even the greeter (who appeared to be a manager) seemed to be annoyed that we wanted to eat there.

This is my second time staying at this location. I enjoyed the comfort of my bed, the view of the beach, the Deck the Chairs Christmas lights about a block from the hotel and the food is one of the best.

I would like to see this hotel do more holiday themed activities. There was no Christmas activities or Christmas themed food menu. I realize the hotel is only 2-3 years old, but hopefully they will up the fun experience in 2023.

The location was great. walkable to everything. the pool was heated. very clean. NO MICROWAVE and cost $20 EXTRA to rent one. I thought this was crazy since I paid 386$ a night. the microwave should be free to use.. not a 20$ charge fee

beautiful hotel. loved the area and location

could be cleaner especially the pool bathrooms. went to pool at 10am and bathrooms were dirty. the margarita champagne glass chandelier looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile and there is a broken glass in it. There was blood on my pillow case. I just didn’t use it as I know staffing issues play a role everywhere. little things like that but overall loved it.

This was decorated so beautifully. Beach fun look. The building and grounds and rooms were incredibly clean. We loved the room. One our top five favorite rooms we have stayed.

Huge I mean huge downfall for us was the complete lack of free parking. There was only about 40 spaces at most for the whole hotel. You literally saw people sitting in their car waiting for a spot to open. If you got a spot you actually felt like you couldn't leave because you would never get a spot later. Yes they had valet parking but it was about $35 a day plus of course tips for driver. Imo the garage they used should of been free to guest. If you want to tack on $10 a day to park to your bill fine but I don't need a valet or want one. For some I'm sure this maybe no big deal but to me this perfect property in every other way was lacking this. I would give it a 10 if they had better parking. Fix the parking issues.

Location was great....right on Jax Beach! We stayed during the 4th of July and had fireworks over the ocean! There was a party on the balcony that included all you could eat and drink with an open bar during the fireworks! It lasted a couple of hours and there was a DJ and you were free to dance or sit or whatever! For the price it was a good deal...Tickets were 100 dollars per person.

Bathroom around the base of the commode was dirty! For the price of the hotel...should have been spotless. Also do not like the sliding barn door for the bathroom.... No way of locking the door and not much privacy, but its a cute idea! Bed was not comfortable...very hard for me. Staff for check in...not very friendly. Valet parking people were nicer, but the parking is expensive. This hotel was almost 500 dollars a night and nothing included. parking is almost 30 dollars a night..no breakfast.

Stayed here for a wedding that was at the Casa Marina just next door and loved that it was right across the parking lot. The beach access is awesome and the theming of the hotel is so fun! The second story bar has beautiful views of the ocean.

There are free public parking spaces that fill up quickly. There are paid public parking spaces that are meters only on the weekends. If you don’t luck out with a parking spot you have to do valet for &32 a day. Which the valet was super easy and nice and I understand to get this close to the beach parking is going to be an issue.

The surrounding area was a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be. The hotel looked and smelt fresh and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Very Convenient place to stay as it is literally right on the beach, and the Bar and Grill area is perfect! Restaurant was fairly priced! I would say the best value to money hotel in the area.

Just nit-picky things I noticed. The hallway floors tend to carry build up of sand, and the bar and grill lacks any light during the night time. Not a big deal, it was just hard to see menus and table on the second floor of the bar area. There convenient stores hours are technically 24/7, but it is a little bit of a hassle to get items you need if its after "Store Hours". Parking was horrible, and there is a very little chance that you could actually park at the hotel unless you get valet, as the parking spots were almost always full. Valet wasn't too bad, $27 a day and it charged the room, so not too bad to have your car off the street and at your disposal whenever.

Excellent location and everyone was so nice whoever in the hotel you were at. It is also super nice to have a bar/restaurant in the actual hotel. Just steps from the beach and within walking distance of great coffee or other restaurants. And the lobby level had fabulous views and lots of seating to just be able to sit and relax

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower water pressure was pretty awful. The main shower head was a rain head which the water pretty much dripped out of. The other shower head was not much better
