Hampton Inn West Palm Beach-Lake Worth-Turnpike

I loved the location of hotel to shopping centers was and the beds were outstanding.

I didn't like how some of the staff treated me and my family as we came in for our stay. They were unclear about the opportunity for late checkout and seemed biased towards other customers. That made my family feel really uncomfortable. Also, there were small ants in our room on the desk area.

Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit, waffles, great coffee, juice. Staff gracious and treated us like family friends.

Signage was difficult to see. Drove past the entrance and went several blocks past then came back by and finally found it. Arrived during the day and had a problem seeing sign because it was overpowered by the Dunkin Donuts sign. A little easier to see at night.

Betty was the first person I met when I arrived to check in. She is an asset to Hampton Inn. Very warm and friendly and provided me with information about the general area. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a terrific variety of food and had fresh fruit to enjoy. The pool area was lovely. This location is perfect for those that need easy access to the turnpike for travel.

room was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast offerings were nice. All in all a good stay. the staff was very helpful and quite pleasant.

nothing really. I prefer a room without carpet but other than that it was great. Perfect for an overnight stay.

I was hoping that since my husband is a nyc fireman/hero we would get a discount. Other businesses during this time are offering and was disappointed the hotel did not offer little discount during this time

The breakfast was honestly the worst part. The food was okay but it seemed as though there was the same food every day. My particular stay was almost for a full month and this is what I did not like the most was the foo.

The food could have been better, but also there was limited seating in the pool area, especially being that there were other guests who were smokers and would take up the outside patio seats with non left for the nonsmoking guests.

The front desk girl was exceptional, she turned a rough day into a more pleasant night. I traveled because my mother had to have emergency surgery. In the panic of the moment, I left my wallet at home and had no ID or credit cards. I did have Apple Pay and photos of all my documents. I thought for sure I’d have to sleep in the car but this girl (I regret not asking her name) went out of her way to help me, was pleasant, soothing, and reassuring. I couldn’t be more grateful.

This hotel I have stayed before (2 wks prior) for another work related trip and the manager (even with the mask) recognized me, he even bumped me up on hotel room. They have a Dunkin Donuts and a gas station in walking distance and a Publix on the other side of the turnpike. Both times the location was very near the place I was going to work and instead of driving all the way back to Miami I decided to stay. The property is well kept and maintained. The breakfast is EXTREMELY GOOD

Rooms were very nice! Staff was nice. Free breakfast was a plus with the kids. The pool and waterfall hot tub that runs into the pool was enjoyable for the kids!
