Location was great and the food was good

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking at a hotel that is highly recommended that should have a place for customers to park without having to pay and additional fees like that. The hotel wants people to come to stay then when you get there you find that you have a room with no place to park your car, I paid what I thought was a high price already then find out I have to pay another $31.00 plus tax on top of that, Pretty crappy to let a car parking agency ruin your business while they are taking the parking space that should be provided free to your customers who thought enough of it to stay there. Very very unhappy with that situation..

The staff was exceptional -front desk valet and housekeeping were friendly and attentive. Both front desk agents we spoke to were awesome. The location couldn't be beat. It's right in the thick of things so two minutes to the beach or several restaurants. The store across the street was convenient for late night/forgotten necessities. The rooms were immaculate and everything was in good repair.

I only had minor issues. The room came with a kitchenette but the trash cans were the size of dorm room bins. Trash was starting to pile up just from a few meals. The mattress on the pullout couch was atrocious, if it was anyone but my three year old was sleeping on there I don't think they'd enjoy the stay as much. I would say an optional mattress topper at least but the springs were definitely sagging on there. Also I wish the doors had keypad entry so you don't have to take personal items to the beach or the keys were RFID because we did get demagnetized once. Both were minor inconveniences compared to how great the stay was and the kindness and personality of the staff as well as the overall impeccable stay more than made up for any issues.

Big rooms and beautiful views... Variety of tv channels, really clean. Breakfast was good overall and plenty of seating space.

Booked two rooms a month ahead paid in full, requested rooms next to each other, hotel confirmed via message of the request. Day comes in got us 10 rooms apart from each other. Thank goodness they were on same floor🤦‍♂️ Also did the check in thru the app day before, got to the hotel at 4pm and only one room was available no reason was given other than they were almost sold out. Finally the other room was given at 5:12pm. 🤦‍♂️ What's the sense of paying a month ahead and do a check in a day before, if none of the requests were fulfilled? Next time I will stick with Hilton Hotels. Tried something different here and didn't work.

We Pay 30 dollars for parking over the room price per night! But the worst part they do not inform you until you are there... Why do they hide the information on prices to the customer? Is that what they call Marketing for competitive prices? Also Breakfast included sucks! This people know how to squeeze your juice($$$) now that everything is justified by COVID 19.

Property is very clean and updated/modern Bedroom has blacked blinds for sleep Room is comfortable and spacious Hotel is well designed overall and staff is friendly

Update the pool area better on how buffet is served (limit the paper recycle products) One night stay should not be over $320 especially when check is 4pm and check out 11am (barely anytime to enjoy the stay)

Breakfast was very poor based on the price paid for the hotel room. If hotel is worried about COVID protocol, perhaps guests shouldn’t be allowed to handle all of the available products. A young lady (about 16-years old) had her hands down the front of her pants during the elevator ride to the lobby. She then proceeded to handle the apples, etc., that were laid out. Needless to say, we skipped breakfast that day. Coffee is available all day at even budget facilities.

The decor and view and staff were all very nice.

The pool was freezing and extremely basic. Right on top of the check in area so viewed by everyone in the lobby.. Not inviting at all. You should have a fake rock waterfall between the lobby and the pool with some palm trees to camouflage at least.most of the view of sunbathers

Everything was very good!! The breakfast was good and plentiful! The staff was friendly, professional and helpful.

My credit card kept getting charged for incidentals without any notification. Even after checking out and the bill was settled and paid in full, charges were being placed on my card. We checked out July 25th, but 2 charges were placed on my card in August. They fell off after a week, but it's very disturbing that they were placed in the first place. I believe the credit card information should be deleted from the system once a guest checks out.

I think you should have a cheaper option to park your own car. While the valet was nice, I would prefer to pay less than $31 per day and park and retrieve my own car. The tv in the room is in an awkward place to view from both beds and is too small to view from both beds.

The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! The staff was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the decor was nice and up to date. The breakfast was phenomenal! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Although the decor was nice the room was shallow, so there really wasn’t a lot of room to move around. I’m not sure if I missed it in the description, but I was unaware that parking was valet and was $31 a day.
