Pier House 60 Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel

Ot is a nice hotel and very close to beaches and best restaurants

I booked through booking.com and I paid the whole amount of $1022 was never told by booking or the hotel that they charge $33 for amenities. It's another one of those sneak charges on you. I told the front desk guy that I didn't appreciate not being told about the amenities so I would not be back. He said Good!!

Excellent location! easy walking to casual eateries w live music, dancing. Directly across from beach. Rooftop eatery/bar was fun atmosphere, great view, fun drinks and pretty good beachy food (ceviche, guac, fish tacos, etc). Staff was SUPER!! Very helpful, always at the front desk, happy to say ‘yes’ to all our asks—ex. we moved rooms to be closer to our friends, we needed extra wash clothes and lotion, we wanted towels but not have the cleaning crew in, we needed trash emptied (because we didn’t get the room cleaned!! we were a pain in the butt!!) And every request was met immediately. Typically two people at the front desk which I think is rare for small and medium sized places. obviously I was very impressed with the service. :)

the only thing that could’ve made it better for me was if it were actually across the street on the beach. lol

We were given a great room at the back of the hotel overlooking the marina.Very friendly staff who assisted us with any questions we had, TJ on reception was exceptional.Very well located hotel with the beach and pier so close to it.

We are from England and we could not understand why at breakfast everything was packaged in plastic, with polystyrene plates( unable to get these in UK as they are banned due to the environmental damage they can cause.) We understand it saves washing up etc but the carbon footprint from the waste involved would be enormous.We had seen this at other US establishments and it’s not unique to the Pier House 60 and it’s very sad to witness.Paper plates could be recycled and they are available from Walgreens.

The location is awesome, just a short walk to the beach and located on the marina, too. The ocean views & sunsets are amazing. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. The kids looked forward to the towel animals after housekeeping would come in. Breakfast was great. We also enjoy the cozier feel as it isn’t a huge hotel like some nearby. We always stay here when we’re in Clearwater!

The only thing would be that there aren’t really many places to keep your clothes. We only had a couple tiny drawers. The rest we put on the lower bathroom shelf and anywhere we could find.

The location is perfect. Views of the Gulf and the Marina. Balcony rooms are a nice ammenity. Pool area is right on the Marina, so you can watch the boats come in and out and also see Dolphins playing. Rooftop bar is nice. Stunning views and free rumshot at Sunset. Some of the staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were clean. We saw them cleaning out the vents of the AC, which was impressive

The beds are horrible. So hard. The linens are even worse. So bleached and hard as a rock. The duvet cover was so hard that it actually made noise every time you moved. Bring your own when staying here No drawer space whatsoever. 2 tiny drawers under the microwave are all you get. It's frustrating living out of your suitcase with no space to put clothes

Location is excellent. Car parking is easy and by the standards of other hotels close by, much cheaper and therefore less of a hit on top of your room fee. Room is spacious and daily cleaning good.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Complimentary with room fee but we choose to eat out every day instead. This is our third stay at the hotel and the standard is consistently unappealing. Not a deal breaker for us, but we would rather pay elsewhere to eat than go with this for free. Take from that what you will.

Location to beach/proximity to the pier and within walking distance of restaurants, covered parking, variety during breakfast, room amenities, cleanliness of hotel, and housekeeping staff was friendly

The cleaner used to sanitize was overwhelming and affecting my girlfriend's allergy responses, half of the time the key reader on the door wouldn't recognize our keys' code to unlock the door to our room, the bed was advertised as a King sized bed but was smaller than our King sized bed at home, the shelf space in the shower was too small, the toilet was too low to the floor, there was no discount offered at this hotel during our stay to rent beach chairs and an umbrella for half a day at the beach forcing me to pay full price, and there was no balcony attached to our room where we could enjoy sitting outside and overlooking the Gulf

location location location! across the street from the pier and beach access. the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, great balcony view as well and the roof top bar had stunning views of the entire area. breakfast on the 5th floor was nice as well decent options. staff was accommodating and friendly.

my only negative thing to say was hotel guest should have priority on the roof top bar for sunset it was so packed with outside guest we couldn’t watch the sunset and that was the reason why we booked this hotel specifically, but instead we just went down to the beach and watched it.

I love the location of the hotel, right at the marina and across street from the beach. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are big and clean with a balcony which has a beautiful view of the marina, restaurants, shops and the beach. The pool was nice and warm. the parking area is located in the first 4 floors which is very convenient to get things in and out of your car. the view from the tenth floor is exceptional to see the sun rise and sunset.
