Hampton Inn Jacksonville I-10 West

It was very nice place, clean rooms, nice staff and the free breakfast was good and lots to choices, I love that it still has a small coffee pot in room, for us coffee lover. Its got lot on outlets for your phones and other electronics. We very much enjoyed the stay. Will stay again on the next trip to Jacksonville. thanks

Well there is only 2 thing I seen that needed to be fixed, was the side door by pool was hard to open, cause its coming loose, and the A/C in room was a little louder when on then use to. but we slept good.

very clean property, especially in the breakfast area which can get messy. very tidy rooms with comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Swimming pool and Gym also. Conveniently close to Junction with I-10 with plenty of walkable restaurants nearby.

Nothing at all

Hampton Inns are our favorite places to stay. This time Google Maps took us there through a back road that turned out to be wonderful for running rather than running in the parking lot as I have done many times before.

Pricier than usual. Would like a bigger refrigerator

Breakfast was hot n good. Staff was nice n friendly. The location was great for what I wanted to do.

Toilet ran until we took off the lid to fix the chain. No soap to wash hands, had to go down and ask the front desk.

The price I paid through booking.com There were bugs in the bathroom. No I didn’t tell the front desk person. And I will never use booking.com again, they are way over priced and don’t have a government rate. And I’m not sure how I got routed to them in the first place when I went to check availability it took me from the Hampton site to booking.com. I paid almost $100 more a night the. If I booked through the hotel directly. I HATE booking.com for that reason

rooms are smaller and more compact. Breakfast was nice and hot with lists of options.

fridge made noise all night . tub shower low pressure and soft water hard to rinse soap and or shampoo . waste twice as much water. bed is firm.

I liked the chocolate chip waffles with whipped cream and the cranberries and the brown sugar for the oatmeal. Oh, and the Turkey sausage, yum. The hotel was close to stores to refill my needs while on the road. Thank you.

My card key didn't work on the side door with my arms full and so I had to walk to the front with my arms full of my belongings.

breakfast was outstanding, just wish you had room service.

the price for the room, i had reservations at the same place 1 month earlier at half the cost, I know prices went up due Florida/Georgia weekend but double the price was rediculous.

location was what I needed. although it was very difficult for me to find as neither of my mapping apps could find it. hotel was relatively quiet.

reception could have been more attentive and courteous. She was a little brusque and could have been a tad more pleasant.

Needed a place to stay with parking for a trailer. There was some on-street parking nearby that worked out.

Interior finishes were more dated than I normally expect at Hampton Inns.
