I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the property! The room was very comfortable and the property was quiet. All the staff was friendly. The kind gentleman who checked us in supplied our request of a blanket and a 4th pillow for our King.

I didn’t like that there was no Kleenex in the room. The quality and comfort of the toilet paper left much to be desired. There was only a very thin bedspread on the bed and only 3 standard pillows for a king. After personally working in the hospitality industry for many years, I would have expected 4 pillows on a king and a blanket…not 3 pillows and a thin bedspread.

I stayed at the Pioneer Inn as part of a trip I was making across Florida for my birthday (St. Pete, Royal Palm Beach, then Miami). Pioneer Inn was BY FAR the best accommodation I had on the entire trip, and it was literally the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff (especially the front desk) is also so attentive — their treatment is truly so individualized and personalized. I called downstairs to the front desk a couple of times with questions and needs, and I got only courteous responses (where I was addressed by name) and my needs were met promptly. It was amazing to feel so cared for while on the road. I was in Royal Palm Beach specifically to visit my best friend (Pioneer Inn is the only hotel within a mile of his home), and I will definitely be looking forward to staying at Pioneer Inn whenever I'm visiting him. :)

Finding the main entrance to the hotel is a little confusing — the front door strangely says "OFFICE" at the top. Another downside is they don't have breakfast, but there is coffee in the lobby in the morning.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pioneer Inn. It's basic, no frills, but the room was comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean (including the bathroom) - it's one of the few places I've ever stayed in where I'd even consider going barefoot in the room. It's up to date and everything was in good shape (e.g., no rusty/corroded fixtures) - it all looked new. The staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. It's clear they take a great deal of pride in their hotel, which is well deserved. We will stay again whenever we're in West Palm Beach. Many thanks!

We visited on a shopping trip, therefore, we only stayed in the room to sleep, bathe, and pack. It was a nice and simple room for exactly that. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and polite. Great parking. Clean rooms with microwave and fridge. Close to Texas Roadhouse.

The toilet did not have a seat lid, therefore, when you flushed - fecal and urine particles would enter the air. I did not like the thought of that going onto my towels and counters. The bathtub had a fixed showerhead that I wished was movable. An updated bathroom would make the room great.

The location (on the freeway) was very handy, however it was also located right next to the fairgrounds, and when I booked this I did not realize the fair was happening that weekend. Trying to get into the parking lot on Saturday night was a nightmare as they had shutdown the freeway due to traffic, however once I did make it into the parking lot I found the staff were standing out there saving me a parking spot as they knew I was checking in.

The fair was the only location issue, and as is the issue with most inns the walls were very thin and not soundproofed.

The staff are very courteous and friendly. Shout out to Paul who greet us and the other visitors all the time. Hotel is clean inside and out. The room was clean and roomy. Lion Safari is about 10 miles and the beach about 12 miles. Its near the fairgrounds, groceries and restaurants.

Having to remind me a few times while checking in that there is no smoking or vaping in the rooms. I was a little annoyed by it. If a person decides to smoke in the room then fine him or kick him or her out.

The staff were very friendly and polite. Always greeted us when we entered the lobby. Offered to help us with our bags. The lobby, rooms, and halls were all clean. The soap dispensers in the shower were a welcome surprise!

A full-length mirror in the room would have been helpful. More breakfast options would be nice, but we still felt we got a great value for our money. The beds were a little hard, but not too uncomfortable that we didn’t get a good night’s rest.

I liked the location. A lot. I didn't have to travel far for anything I was after. There are restaurants in all directions and the mall was only about 10mins away. I stayed to attend the Ultracon comic con which was only half a mile away. Would book again if I return to the area.

The only downside was the walls are a tad thin, and if you get stuck with a roudy neighbor you can hear their activity quite well. Just kind of luck of the draw on that...

I like that the beds were very comfortable. Not like some of those more expensive hotels that charge you more that give you a backache every morning. Staff was very friendly. The place was very clean and quiet in general.

Not really a complaint here more of a suggestion: I could have used a mirror in the room. The only one was in the bath room. It’s hard to get ready if someone is in the bathroom. Ladies bring your own make up mirror.

Perfect spot for the ithink amphitheatre! The entire location is Clean! Beds and pillows are comfortable. Excellent location. It's right on a quiet part of 98 with everything about a block or two away. Walked there and back for the show!

Slow to cool the room, but it's been incredibly hot. Slow drain in the tub - that needs some attention. Beds/rooms need a light fresh blanket. We don't use the bedspreads as bedding.
