La Quinta Inn by Wyndham West Palm Beach - Florida Turnpike

The staff were helpful when I needed to check in and out. The breakfast was actually very good and convenient. The room was very clean, and I felt safe while staying there.

My only complaint was that the hotel is close to a major roadway. The room was pretty noisy until about 11 pm, but then it was much more manageable.

The customer service was awesome, especially one particular woman who was working the front desk when I checked in. Also, the room had a lot of space was very comfy.

One thing we noticed was that our toilet was broke before we even stayed and there was some mold on the roof but nothing crazy. it was tolerable, other than that everything was fine!

The desk staff is so above average. The desk clerk was very professional, kind, helpful, respectful to me and the other guest. The best service I've seen in a very, very long time. This was called a “budget hotel”. It was much better service than an luxury hotel.

Close to the main highway and the breakfast.

Noise.. the cleaning staff have these carts they wheel around that have plastic wheels. When it comes pass your room..it sounds like a train coming. Horrible sound when your trying to sleep. Get ones with rubber wheels. Problem solved....

Front desk daniel, the newer rooms, the nice and quiet environment but it's also a lil too stiff

Daniel the night front desk was awesome and was the best clerk I have yet to meet and I've been @ many hotels and the big names don't care much...he went above and beyond helping with our reservation. Someone hacked my acct and reserved nights and rooms with dates I had no ide@. I would hope booking could understand. I still think this man did his job and then some. Most don't do anything hospitable when you came there for the hospitality to begin with a aaaa

The young white girl housekeeper was very rude she should learn to have manners she said she has been working there a month het attuide was very nasty when we asked for towels and she refuse to give her name she was working on the 4th and was on the 3rd floor if I wanted to go to the front desk for towels I would have but i guess what the hell housekeeping is soppose to do just clean rooms and not give guest towels I always stay at this location but I have to find another place were they hand out towels when needed as well the cold water doesn't work very well we had to take a steamy hot shower.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The staff was great We were there for a month

Wish pool temp was a little warmer not sure if it’s a heated pool or not, the ocean water was warmer than the pool

Noise neighbors. There was plenty of empty rooms, I could see through open curtains. But they gave me a room the absolute furthest distance to walk. Literally 4th floor, almost all the way to walk around the building.

I had absolutely no issues with my service dog. I had the proper documentation and they made copies and also recommended the Christmas attractions downtown. Was really nice to be back home even for just a short stay
