Henrosa Hotel

Nice, clean and spacious room, with a comfortable bed (although not a very big one), Close to the ocean, and providing free chairs to get on the beach :-) Would consider comimng back again.

The most important thing you need to know is that the room is FREEZED! I never been in such a cold room. Ever. I don't even think the controller has any impact on the air conditioner. I turned it off, I switched it to heat. Nothing... if you suffer from cold - this is NOT the place for you. Breakfast is in a different hotel, not very far away, but with only 4 menu choices and most tables are in the sun. The water flow in the shower is very-very weak. The hotel is relatively quiet, but keep in mind noises from the hallway easily get into the room. And last thing is that parking is indeed available, but only valet somewhere, meaning you need to wait ~15 minutes until the car arrive every time. I noticed 2 public garages on streets 13 & 15 that I'd use instead if I knew.

Beautiful hotel, felt very safe, I loved having a safe and fridge in the room. Clean and bright. Elevator works. My requested "quiet room" was quiet! Staff excellent, very accommodating, plus they stored my luggage for a few hours. Breakfast at nearby restaurant was terrific! I wish I had known I could take it to go.

LUKEWARM WATER AND POOR WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER. I heard others at the front desk asking about it, and it sounds like the owners need to upgrade their facility. Nothing the employees could do differently. There was a ball of hair on the wall of the shower. Breakfast has very limited hours of 9-11am

I loved the location next to the beach, the peace and quiet that comes from a small hotel, the complimentary breakfast at a separate location on ocean drive with ocean drive views. Breakfast location was too perfect, and although not part of the hotel, there is valet parking right next to the hotel. You could pay up front or have them charge it to the hotel. Incredible right? I loved the cute toiletries and large restroom. I traveled alone and I had my worries but this hotel made it all better. Incredible rates too! (bed not too big and not too squishy either but you're not in Miami to be in your room that's just me)

There are no complaints.

It is a very simple yet classy stay. We didn't have a microwave in our room, but we were not sure every room was set up the same as we just went with the cheapest option available. The decor is so finely tuned to the aesthetic of the entire hotel. Every detail was thought through. The staff was so very friendly. The gentlemen at the front desk was singing and laughing the entire experience of checking in. A very charming fellow. I would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends. I am looking forward to my next stay here. I really think it was the staff for me that really set this over from a good to an excellent experience.

We didn't have access to a microwave in our room.

I felt very welcomed in this hotel, all the employees were very kind and helpful. I was able to leave my luggages until I checked-in and upon departures, they stored my luggages until I head to the airport. Other than that, the bed was extremely comfy, so that was nice, I will definitely keep this place in mind if I come back to Miami.

For breakfast (only from 8am to 10am), you need to go to another hotel two blocks away, so that's not ideal, but breakfast was good and the staff there was very kind too. This was not mentioned on the website while booking, so that was not a nice surprise in the morning, specifically since I wake up early.

The hotel is very beautiful and cozy. Free breakfast vouchers for nearby restaurant provided. Great location. In walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

Not a fan of the scent of the cleaning products. The room was not dirty but the smell of the cleaning products made it feel like it was. Once I aired out the smell, everything was fine. The shower had very low water pressure and cold water. The sand would not even wash away due to low water pressure. Lastly, room needs more outlets. Most outlets are far from the bed and night tables.

My stay at Henrosa Hotel has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had so far. You can’t beat location and price (very cheap considering is super close to the beach and in Miami). Room was clean and very neat, it had everything we needed. Loved how spacious the bathroom was. The people at the front desk are incredibly nice and helpful, they made sure to help us with every single thing we asked, even let us check out an hour later. We’re super grateful! Breakfast is outside of the hotel, at Cavalier, but it’s amazing!!! The hotel also lends you beach towels and beach chairs. It’s a small hotel, but me and my husband really enjoyed the experience for a very accesible price and a short walk to the beach! We’ll definitely come back.

I liked everything!

The hotel boasts its own private beach, complete with complimentary beach chairs for guests to enjoy. Nestled in a prime location, it sits just a stone's throw away from the vibrant and bustling Espanola Way, renowned for its myriad of delightful restaurants and culinary delights.

The beach experience is enhanced by having a beach umbrella, typically paid for by the guests. However, some hotels choose to provide umbrellas as a complimentary service to showcase their commitment to guest satisfaction and create a more welcoming atmosphere.

The room was spacious. The decor was pretty. It looked so beautiful. Very feminine which we all loved. We're here for a bachelorette party and it just worked out well. The lobby was beautifully decorated. It was always nice and cool in there so after roaming around Miami Beach, coming home to a clean and cold hotel was amazing. They also stock the front with ice-cold water. So refreshing. The staff, most especially Fabiana and Javier, were very helpful and welcoming. They were very kind and courteous, especially when we needed things for the room.

They needed more hanging rods. There was nowhere to put up our wet towels. They also needed more outlets and side tables. They didn't have cable. The shower pressure could've been better. They need a deadbolt.
