Hilton Vacation Club Crescent on South Beach Miami

Great location. Was so close to all the action and easy to get around to the boardwalk and bars/restaurants. The rooms were decent size for 3 people and very clean.

No view. We had 2 rooms on first and fourth floor. First floor room was right next to the back lane way and got a bit noisy at times, but nothing too bad and to be expected for location.

The location and price cannot be beat in this area. Right in the historic South Beach strip on a closed off portion of road and right across the street from the beach. This was my South Beach ideal come to life. Rooms are located int one of three historic converted art-deco buildings. The room was comfortable - suite style. My kids slept on the pull out couch and the regular bed in the bedroom was really comfy. The kitchen was super convenient, and bathroom had a separate toilet which was appreciated. Staff was great and very accommodating to our family.

Being that the hotel is in 3 separate buildings, you have to go between the buildings a lot to reach the different amenities, which is not a huge deal in itself (the historic nature of the buildings is a feature!), but we had issues with the key cards between the 3 buildings. You receive two key cards on check in - one opens your room and the other gets you in the other buildings. This should be fine, except it's not super smooth. Some of the sensors were malfunctioning or otherwise our keys were constantly not working. This was my only real complaint. Breakfast is not included, which would be a plus in this expensive area, but the price was right overall!

Location is awesome! The suite setup is very useful. Staff was super nice.

With Covid, a lot of amenities were not available, but we still were charged the resort fee. Felt like they were taking advantage of the situation. They should waive that right now.

This place is amazing! A bit pricy, but well worth it. Pictures are exactly how the rooms looked. Spacious and updated and comfortable.

Besides my card being charged 3 separate times, which was corrected almost a week after my vacation ended; and hard to reach front desk for directions to check in, my stay was amazing. I most definitely will recommend and return!

Very clean , all equipment is working. Close to the beach, restaurant, Starbucks coffee.Good location

Was waiting for front desk person for one hour to check in . No one Emploee at resort at that moment. No garage, no beach chair and umbrella. No pool .

Great value for money. Apartment on Ocean Drive in the Art Deco district. Apartment was spotlessly clean and bed was comfy. Not serviced throughout my stay but that was fine too.

You need to check in at the resort next door. This needs to be made clearer. Not entirely stair-free access which is annoying with heavy luggage.

I had a 5 day stay and would highly recommend this hotel the price was exceptional for the location. The suites are newly renovated and look absolutely amazing and it is directly across from the beach and is on the more quiet side of ocean drive .We also enjoyed the sitting area on the porch great place to people watch and just relax while taking in the beautiful views. The staff were all very nice and helpful, I also was able to check-in an hour early for free..and lastly the lobby smelled SO GOOD OMG every time i walked in I was totally obsessed with that smell

There was construction taking place in the early morning but it was not that loud

Right on Ocean Drive, great access to all the things South Beach has to offer. Rooms large, clean, comfy. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Paying for a room, then there being 'resort fees' added, and deposit of 200 per room. The price you see is never the price you pay in the USA

In the heart of South Beach, great area for touristic activities also extremely close to the beach. Exceptional staff providing courteous and friendly service and advice !

As this hotel is located on Ocean Drive (Art deco ambiance with beautiful lights at night), we were a bit disappointed with the hotel lights being on at neighboring establishments while the Crescent Resort's lights were not on.

All needed amenities were there, great location, confortable beds. Coffee and water available in the lobby.

No space to dry swimming suites....
