Kasa El Paseo Miami Beach

Room was very nice, comfy bed, great location, quiet despite location in a busy area.

The only negative thing is lot of formalities on Kasa’s website that have to be filled out and the 250$ deposit - it seemed very rare thing in a hotel.

What you need to know: Our hotel room was located directly at Española Way, a lively restaurant and bar street with daily parties until late at night. We didn't mind, but if you are sensitive to noise, you will have problems sleeping. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists visiting Miami Beach. Public parking is available on Lincoln Ln S street, which is nearby (relatively cheap at 2 USD per hour; Enforcement Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. Seven days per week.).

There is a big TV in the room, but it is not connected to any cable input. So the TV is useless unless you connect your own program. This could be better communicated by the hotel operator. Also, room service is not included!

First time in South Beach and we feel we hit the nail on the head. Travelled with two kids, had a balcony and we loved it. (They slept through the noise.) Don't understand why customers complain about the street noise. If you don't like it, then why book in that area?

Fire alarms went off a bunch of times which was a little scary. But it didn't anger any of us.

Perfect location, comfortable walking distance from everything. Our room was bright, clean and spacious. We were located at the end of a corridor in the last unit. It was perfect! Had a balcony overlooking Espanola Way and an inactive fireplace that gave the room such character. Despite the music and chatter from the street below, the room was quiet with the windows closed allowing for a good nights sleep.

I love the beach and it had convenient access just three blocks away. It would be nice to have had access to a pool or a foyer/sitting area to hang out at. Personally, though clean and fresh, I found the bed to be too soft which bothers my back. Only stayed for a long weekend, so not that big of an issue.

Honestly the staff was very attentive and responsive,I felt very accommodated! Me and my boyfriend stayed for 2 days and everything was smooth,valet was easy an very professional. Our car was to us within minutes,nothing was stolen,an the manager even came to our room and helped me figure out the AC unit. They really go ABOVE AN BEYOND. My favorite part was how secure the room was,we had a lock gate an lock door and our hotel room door!

So I didn’t have really dislikes,only thing is water an shower was tricky an took longer than usual to get hot…..but when it did it was awesome. An I wish their was a bathtub lol but I knew this before booking. It was not noisy it was quiet and the room got nice an cold 😍😍😌 ,pricey yes BUT EVERYTHING u want in south beach is walking distance an the fancy restaurants for dinner and the Spanish breakfast SOOOO GOOD🥳😍😍.

LOCATION!, room was big, bathroom was great, extras like beach towels, umbrella and bathroom products, extra towels in lobby. This place was really on point. Check in and check out was so easy. The staff is available via text 24/7 which was great to answer any questions, which I really loved. This place was very nice. Would definitely stay here again. The price was great too. Just loved it here!! I couldn't of done better for what I wanted for my experience at South Miami Beach.

Parking was a little high $40 a day. But there was another garage several blocks away that was cheaper, but you have luggage so what can you do. This issue would not stop me from staying here again. We really enjoyed our stay and since the price was right we were ok with the $80 we paid in parking. The parking was easy too.

great location, pretty smooth check-in (given their intention to use virtual front desk), nice bed and comfy bathroom overal nice experience although response time is really slow

door access code was changed in the middle of the day - almost got us stuck on the street only coffymaker\kettle\fridge in the room - no owen, no plates, no silverware shower starts cold and takes 3 minutes to warm up blinds were thin and together with outside nose it made a hard thing to fall asleep

Kasa El Paseo Miami has very clean super comfortable beds, the pillows are so comfortable and all the little extra amenities like coffee, lots of towels available, good people like Mr. Jose made me feel at home. The location was great where you can sit a little balcony in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere, they're so amazing. I was able to walk to the beach, Walgreens, shops and eat good food, just overall experienced a nice ambiance especially in the evening.

Know that you have to be cautious it is still a big City but overall I felt safe.

The hotel was amazing. Location was fantastic.

Difficult to carry heavy luggage but the staff help with that.

The location was great. Lively and 'in the centre'. In 'the' restaurantstreet of south beach with a great atmosphere. We didn't hear anything from the streetnoise in our room (building 7), but I can image that other rooms/buildings do. Our room was in a really cute and cosy alley next to the busy restaurantstreet. There was a nice seat away from the steet that allowed us to enjoy time together without the busy street.

We got beachtowels at the beach at the first day, so the next day we didn't bring our own towels anymore. Surprisingly, then all of a sudden we didn't get towels anymore as per instruction of the hotel. No idea why. After loads of hassling at the beach we did get some towels there, but that was only by kindness of the guy at the beach. Keep in mind a payment for the parasol at the beach! (21 USD per day). Our room was next to the entrance of the building, which wasn't convenient, especially when you want to sleep late. Smacking frontdoors from early on, by other guests and cleaners that could have used a 'doorstopper' to prevent the slamming door.
