very clean and close to the port prior to our cruise

Liked the Hotel in general: it was well decorated, secure and clean. Also, the bed matrix was comfortable and the bathroom was in great shape, all renewed.

Lack of pillows (only three small pillows for a king size bed), and small pillows in the bed, also the rooms are twin rooms meaning there is a door, in the inside, separating one room from the other and we were able to hear all the othe guests were doing and saying in the other room. That is good if you go in a family vacation and you book two rooms, not for a couple. It would be good to have other options besides twin rooms. In general, walking through the hallway you could hear if guests were having a shower or doung something else, or inside the room you could hear doors opening or closing, meaning: little privacy for all the guests.

The location and the price was really good. A plus for the breakfast that was incl. and the cleanliness.

Parking space can sometimes be an issue and while you showering the water pressure make hard noise (so annoying).

I loved everything about my stay. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was good. And there is a 24hrs coffee station for people like my husband who wants to drink it all day long. And it is a very secured hotel. You can't just wander around there. You need your room key for access to everything including the elevator which is good nowadays. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was having problems printing my broading pass for my cruise and the young lady behind the counter came over to assist me. I also forgot my small bag with my medication. And as soon as she noticed it she immediately contacted me before I got to my cruise port, and give me different options on how to recover my bag. I really appreciate that a whole lot.

Location worked for us. Near to airport and easy to drive to South Beach and various areas of interest in Miami. Room was very big and spacious. Breakfast was very good although it felt bad to use plastic disposable plates and cutlery.

Disposable tableware and no restaurant open on Sunday night after a long International flight. Bed sheets didn't not look fresh and a bit grubby. Not enough towels in room and toiletries were not enough for 2 people. We were so tired after long flight and it was Sunday evening, we didn't complain. Bed was comfortable.

I enjoy my stay at this hotel it was very clean and quiet and safe easy access to all the transportation I need the staff was really good overall I enjoyed my stay I will book again with them

The only th that I had when I arrived in Miami was I called to find out what time to shut the bus will pick me up and I was told it would take 1 hour I could not have waited at the airport that long, and they need more options at breakfast time

I loved the Ambiance of the hotel. Our suite was wonderful with lots of space and modern finishes.The food from the restaurant was tasty. The two guys who worked at the front desk both day shift and evening shift are so accomodating and helpful. Sebastian and the other ( I forgot his name) which is sad as he was very friendly and nice. The bed was very comfortable. I actually miss Wingate, felt at home.

The room was big and had adequate storage. We stayed in the King Suite.

The towels were very bad quality, almost seemed like they were bought at the dollar store! Did not dry at all and due to COVID they don’t make up room unless you stay longer than 3 days. There were no tissues or any other toiletries other than shampoo and conditioner. The couch was very uncomfortable and you could not sit on it for long period of times. The hallways were not vacuumed regularly so it was dusty most of the time. Even though I reserved and had a credit card on file, my reservation said I would pay at the property...I got a call about an hour and half prior to arriving saying I needed to confirm with a credit card since I had cash reservation...I did not have a cash reservation! ,

Welcoming, Clean and Nice Decor

I didn’t like that on the upper floors where rooms are, carpet stains, not clean, dingy looking appearance…looks old and out dated. It would be nice to upgrade the upper floors to match entry of hotel. Also, it would be nice to replace the sofa with vinyl…easy to clean…less germs.

Good for one night only. Location was close to the airport.

We´ve have arrived late at night because our flight was delayed. However when the shuttle bus arrived after almost one hour, there was no sit for us and not enough space in the trunk for our luggage. WE needed to take a taxi to go to the hotel.
