Holiday Inn Miami-Doral Area, an IHG Hotel

I like that it was close to everything. All the restaurants that you can enjoy with your family. The bonus was the Alehouse right in front of it. And it was amazing location,compare to traffic and ins and outs.

I didn't like that, the first day that I check in,there was some leaves of trees in the pool, which wasn't a lot,but it bothers me. 4 days later,it seems to me,there were fresh ones or the same old ones,I tried to clean some off,so my 7 months old could enjoy the pool.

I traveled here for a business and and one of the biggest things for me is sleep and comfortably it’s very important to me so overall the property was really nice and well kept, smelled really good every time you walked in. The hallways were clean and didn’t smell the rooms are nice and clean no bad smell in the rooms either. The breakfast is awesome ! Belle was such a charm she treated me like family I instantly fell in love with her she is one of the biggest reasons I will be staying here again ! She took care of me made sure I was ok my entire stay I hope to see her again on my next visit. Check in was easy and fast and I was accommodated according to my work needs. I definitely recommend staying here I will definitely be staying again.

The bathrooms were clean just some mold spots here and there in the grout which is normal for hotels I’m just OCD I don’t like to see it but over all gorgeous property I will be staying again.

Staff at the reception is very nice. I like the fact that you can have fresh coffee for free in the morning.

The gym should be more equipped and it is not very clean. I suggest to give the option to get only few things during the breakfast.

Only stayed for one night after a transatlantic flight. That said, the reception staff were great, polite and friendly even though we were tired and worn out after a delay at TSA at MIA. Room was clean and very comfortable, and we were gifted a later check out. Also, Millers Ale House right next door for easy access to great food

I appreciated and liked the staff. From the employees at the lobby and those at the downstairs restaurant, these people showed professionalism and care for the guests. My room was big, clean, and had a comfortable bed and good towels. I was able to book my one night just below $100, that's including all the taxes and fees. There's plenty of parking spaces even for my 26-foot box truck. So, don't hesitate to book your stay here. Disappointment is not synonymous to this hotel.

Nice hotel, comfortable and crisp clean.

Breakfast was not as expected, we got a little paper bag with an instant oatmeal, a little cup of fruit and a bottle of water. I understand this is because of covid, so eggs and bacon will be back.

Omg !! Th breakfast was the winner for this stay , I've stayed at a exspress & it was very clean & ok. But this breakfast was life !! Healthy Healthy healthy food available

I didnt like that my first room had a very bad wet or molded smell to it , so I asked for another one and they gave me 226 and the plumbing was bad , the toilet just ran and ran and ran . But breakfast made me say I'll again !! So stay away from room 426 & 226

The location

The bedroom has a humid smell, also the guy if the staff told me that I was been charged with a extra $5 for parking, even though that was included in my booking confirmation but he simply refused to avoid the charge and told me to talk to booking …

The location is great.

They were really short on staff, there was no one on the front desk almost everyday, they had no coffee, no razors and a lot of basics a hotel normally has, also housekeeping is still being done every 4 days and even if you request it they don't help you before that.
