AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral

Nice location, close to various services guests might need. High level of comfort with a nice and relaxing modern design, reasonably good beds and pillows, clever room layout and lighting, decent soundproofing, midday chek-out time. On-site reception shop is very useful. The level of upkeep / cleaning is also good.

The glass bathroon door lets light enter the room during the night when used, potentially disrupting the sleep of other guests present in that same room. The AC is too noisy to use while sleeping but the room maintains its coolness for many hours after the system is shut off.

My stay was amazing. The staff was sooo nice. And immediately walking in for the first time, I was utterly impressed. I was like wooww. The pictures are very realistic. What you see is what you get. And one thing that I’ve never experienced before is that the entire hotel smelled absolutely amazing. It’s truly as if the walls themselves were exuding a fragrance. This is now my favorite hotel. Oh and there’s a bar in the lobby! With top shelf alcohol. They even have Don Julio 1942. I promise this booking will not disappoint you.

Loved the modern decor and thoughtful touches in the room. Large bathroom, sitting area and great room layout. The lobby was beautifully planned, with comfortable furnishings. The staff was amazingly friendly! Really a top notch experience for what I consider a budget friendly hotel!

There was an overwhelming perfume fragrance in the lobby that seemed to be some kind of air freshener. It set off my allergies and I found it very unpleasant. We wanted to enjoy the lobby, bar and breakfast area, but I couldn't stand the smell.

hotels is very modern and aesthetically pleasing , decent fir picture taking. free breakfast and delicious with a wide variety of food . The staff is very patient and helpful , I enjoyed my stay!

The front desk lady was an Angel she Saskia I amsorry I do not remember her name correctly but v she hep me with everything!! She check my in and help me with all my need wonderfull

Hotel comfort and staff is very good. Very good breakfast buffet tough could be expensive for the whole family.

I found the market way too expensive. Check-in should be faster. Breakfast pricing is complicated.

Everything else was very good. A little understaffed at night, just the reception girl. I had to go down at night to get an extra towel and toilet paper, instead of they bringing up to the room.

They are not organized to receive packages from amazon/ebay. I received 8 packages and one of them went missing. I was never told I had a package left at reception and I don't know where it went.

Super clean, high quality furniture and beautiful interior design. Stuff very professional: discreet, elegant and polite. Free parking available. It was also lovely to watch the airplanes flying over the building at a close distancea, yet no noise could be heard.

Staff is great. Friendly hotel and near good restaurants. about 10 min drive to airport. ample parking.

Desk is directly under the TV so it's a bit hard to watch unless laying in the bed.

i like this chain of hotels.. consistently good. just passed thorough for a couple of hours of sleep.. it was a good choice.

breakfast was not included. i got a disability accustomed room which was not what i have booked.
