Holiday Inn Express Miami Airport Doral Area, an IHG Hotel

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities listed. The stay felt relatively luxurious for the price we paid and was good value for money. The lobby is very pleasant, with plenty of seating for both relaxing and working. Breakfast was of a high quality, especially compared to other similarly-priced hotel chains. Complimentary coffee and tea was available all day in the lobby.

The breakfast room is very small for the number of guests using it - we had to sit around the corner in the lobby, which was just slightly inconvenient. Breakfast closed promptly at 09:30!

GREAT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN! We most liked the closeness to the airport, the nearby restaurants, the super friendly staff, the clean and fresh rooms and lobby, the available parking, and most of all, the variety at the breakfast buffet. This may be the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed. I must note also the the receptionist staff were always so helpful and generous. Emely, Alex, and others. All very respectful and helpful and generous with amenities or linen or anything else we asked for. Also, we loved that the rooms, lobby, and hallways were always so fresh and clean. We will stay here again!

One morning we were woken up to very loud construction on the 3rd floor. But that's it...

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We had the breakfast included which was a good breakfast not to big.

Two times after we had gone out we found some small cockroaches and also the hot water was turned off after 0.00 which wasn’t nice when we went out till late. For the breakfast there weren’t enough seatings so sometimes you had to wait long to be able to sit and eat breakfast.

The only news channel available was MSNBC and CNN. we don't like either, Fox was blocked.

That there wasnt fresh fruit in the breakfast bag or a different variety of juice or oatmeal...I didnt like that my debit card was charged prior to me getting there especially when I booked it said I could pay at the property. This caused my account to overdraft considering I had the cash with me and I didnt have 3 days to get it refunded

Location was pretty close to the cruise port. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. A mall with good restaurants was within two blocks walking distance. Uber and taxi service was easily available Room looked recently renovated and nicely decorated.

Room was a little small and always hate those in room AC units under the window near the bed. So noisy and too close to the bed. Always had to walk tor lunch and dinner but probably good for our health!

The staff were exceptional! The desk receptionist Candy was super accommodating, friendly and very professional. We were there way too early for check in and camped out in the lobby until a room was available. Candy would let us know we weren't forgotten about, even though we knew we were too early (no place to go from our flight). She got us into a room as soon as she could, and my family and I appreciated that. The room was CLEAN and comfy. The location was great for walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast had a nice selection (biscuits and gravy!). Candy let us know the day before that it takes maybe 15 minutes for a cab service to arrive when they called for one; it took about ten and the drive to the Port of Miami was smooth and the driver avoided traffic. A very easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend a stay here!

Lighting in the sink area was a bit dark, sink area and bathroom a bit dated.

The bed was amazing. Really comfortable, and provides a really nice night of sleep. The breakfast, even though had a really limited amount of options, was really good. The staff was amazing and eager to help. I think it is a great place to stay if you are just shopping at Dolphin Mall or taking a rest between flights.

For someone who came from a country that doesn't use heaters, I had to google how to set the heater/air-conditioner of the room. The fact that I also had to keep converting from Fahrenheit to Celsius wasn't fun. Also, it only works as a heater or air-conditioner. So, if you set your room to 24c and go to sleep and, at night, it drops to 13c, you will be sleeping on 13c... My tv had just a small amount of channels and most of them didn't seem to be working.

The room was spacious, had the required table, lockers, safe for valuables. breakfast was available and included. the breakfast had a good variety and also per day there was some variety. The location was not in a busy area. In general the covid 19 rules were compliant with by staff and visitors. Parking spot was always available. Staff was friendly and helpful when requested.

According the note that is placed in the room, the room is cleaned after 5 days, which is for your safety. If you require regular/daily cleaning then you should request that at the reception. This was not such a big issue, but it should have been mentioned when you check in. This way it will prevent surprises and irritation. There was noise disturbance from the road in the late evening and early in the morning.
