Provident Grand Luxury Short-Term Residences

The property is located in a very pleasant neighborhood and the supermarket across the street is very handy. Very nice spacious unit with wonderful views.

The check-in was a bit jumbled. The receptionist did not see our check-in envelope on her desk and kept asking us about our check-in code. It took a while for us to get through the check-in but after that we got to our unit fine. It would be handy to have an amenities sheet because you cannot remember all the things the receptionists tells you about what is included and what is not included in your stay or accessible with your unit key.

We Ioved our 2 bedroom unit. Full kitchen living room and a dinning area. Our balcony had a spectacular view. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The building was built a year ago. Publix supermarket is across the street and there is a variety of restaurants in the area. It is a safe environment. Elisabet, Senior Manager, is very accommodating. She made our check-in easy. Any questions or concerns Elisabet is the person we dealt with throughout our stay. She is very welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for an amazing hospitality. I would highly recommend Provident Grand Luxury Short Term Residences to any family who want to feel at home.

the 3 bedroom property was excellent size for our family and spacious with spacious sitting and dining area. lovely kitchen with separate washing machine and dryer room. Great bathrooms.

unfortunately the swimming pool was unavailable due to renovation work while we were there however we were able to use a pool at another hotel. .

Everyone was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the view was pretty

I didn't like how they didn't have everything organized for when I got there. I had to be buzzed in the whole weekend because the fob didn't work. I also didn't like how we didn't get to utilize the pool but I understand that it was under construction

it was secure, very clean whole block of restaurants , big park for kids . just beautiful

the pool was not open due to construction but they did have a pool at the sister location down the block that also had a bar and lunch. beds were uncomfortable nice pillows though .

Room was perfect! Very clean and plenty of space. I was very impressed. Gym was awesome. Kids play area was awesome. Lots of walkable restaurants and park across the street.

The only downside was that pool was closed. You can use the pool at the sister property but they close pretty early. Also, no wash clothes 6.

we love everything about this residence! We came in around 1am and our key and every instructions needed for the apartment was already with the concierge☺️Great customer service, great views, awesome location in Miami! 🥰

Very nice, luxury feel. accommodations and amenities were absolutely amazing!! Plus there was a Publix grocery store directly across the street for anything you needed as well as a quaint little strip of bars, restaurants, and shoppes. We loved everything about our stay here!

The very spacious room, the location of the hotel and that there was a washer and dryer

There was always something wrong with the elevator which causes for some inconvenience
