Baymont by Wyndham Orlando-International Dr-Universal Blvd

I love 🥰 Dianna and Christianna. I love the continental breakfast, sparkling clean pool, and the short stroll to I-Drive. The Baymont is close to where everything is happening on I-Drive! The room was clean, the staff is bilingual and very kind. They have the nicest room attendants. I even had a package delivered there and it was no problem 😊 I will definitely stay here again...No bugs. No critters, but at night...there is a racoon roaming the area!😄

I didn't like how thin the walls are, you can hear everything!

I 😍 Loved that my deposit came within 10 business days! I loved that I could extend my stay without any costly fees. My son felt safe there and we loved the access to I-Drive, Markets, and Restaurants. There is also a kiosk for Sea World and Disney Tickets!! That gentleman is very kind and has great prices.

They don't have coins for the laundry facility. We had go out and get coins. The ice machine wasn't working on the ground floor.

I like the friendly staff and the access to theme park tickets in the lobby. I love the vending machine choices and the on site laundry. I like that we were not pressured to check out...I really appreciated that. There was so carpet in the room, which is a plus for my family. I love that you can crack the window for fresh air. The shower pressure was amazing with a lengthy time of hot water.

I didn't like that the AC smelled a little like mold when it first comes on. One of the beds tilted up, so we slept at the foot of the bed. I didn't like that there were no pastries or toast to have with the morning free coffee. The decor is a little dated and the floors could use a good mopping.

The pool was lovely although cold when you got in it was very refreshing! All the staff were so friendly and hard working Diana on reception so helpful! Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Comfy queen beds. Great location, easy walking distance to amenities.

Disappointed there wasn't free breakfast or shuttle service available (due to covid!) Although most restrictions have been lifted in Florida! The noise of the hotel doors which I presume are all fire door's banging if you let them go. Very annoying especially at night as some clientele didn't care how much noise they made!!!!

All things are excellent, the staff, the room , this is my second time here in this hotel, all thing are nice. hope they will recover after corona and return the shuttle to universal and desiny , also the best breakfast they were served before corona. I would to thank the staff in front office, Mr Hassan in information center, he was very helpful to provide us with many choices thank you so much

The dude at the front desk was a di** idk if he was having a bad day but idc I spent almost 500 for the room for the week I thinkkk I deserve a nice encounter

The staff were good and easy to talk to. The room facility was good, I didn't have any issues and had a pleasant stay.

As we entered the assigned room we saw a cockroach. Later we found two more, we reported at the reception, they were happy to change our room and give us a new one. We didn't face any issues later on. Couple of things to note around description in the site vs reality, No bus to universal studios from hotel, no HBO max or anything.

I liked that there was a washer and dryer. It was at a decent location. It was not too difficult to enter or leave. I liked that there were multiple vending machines.

The pool was not working and we were not told at all. There was no change machine to get quarters for the washer and dryer. We had to go to Walgreens to get change. I seen a roach crawling under the vending machines.

The hotel is five minutes from McDonalds and ten minutes walk to Icon Park, and is located in a quite area, our room was large with two Queen size beds with lots of room with air con in every room, the staff were fantastic especially Laura on reception who couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome and answer any issues...

The only thing we saw was sometimes people were hanging around in reception were weren't staying in the hotel but apart from this i couldn't fault the hotel

I don’t know why they have 2 stars they need 10. I stay for 3 days Front desk Carolina is so helpful and professional anything u need if she can help she will as well as Ricardo very helpful with anything you may need help with . Check in was smooth caro checked me in ,room was decent. They have washer and dryer bring your own coins. Night Pool vibes littt. & the people staying at the hotel are so nice. I really enjoy my stay .

I seen 2 roaches. Breakfast is only Coffee btw Wi-Fi slow & barely service
