Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando International Drive North

Everything at this Hampton Inn was up to par. The staff at the front desk was friendly, always visible and eager to assist. The breakfast area was clean and constantly replenished. The size of the room was adequate for my family and I, in terms of space, cleanliness, temperature and noise level. We were on the 4th floor, but the elevators worked well and at no time did we have to wait for a long time to go up or down. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Additionally, the proximity to the theme parks was also a bonus.

Possibly another waste basket/bin outside of the toilet area, in the vanity area. No issue with anything else.

Very good place, close to any restaurants, fun spots, clean place, the housekeeping did a good job to our room, and appreciate she/he put our five toothbrush on top of the towel to be more hygienic. Overall is great experience. However sometimes its noisy as its close to the road. And I cant put the curtain down just to.block the sunlight and the noise, but I still recommend to a friend the location is good. And yes I can still stay again for the next trip.

Great facilities and staff. Easy check-in experience even arriving late night well after our expected entry. The breakfast is quite nice and very well equipped, even with Mickey and Minnie waffle makers which kids were going crazy over. Very delicious spread included in the price. Room was quiet and comfortable and beds were great. There is a small pool available as well which is quiet and enjoyable most of the time.

Nothing I would improve, although depending on which street you are coming from, you might miss the car entrance to the hotel, we had to drive around once before being able to enter, so perhaps better signs or more visibility would be nice

Exceptional staff in this hotel. From Ana and Vanessa at the reception, to the breakfast staff and cleaning staff, all went above and beyond in looking after their guests. Loved the room (we had an accessible room as our son uses a wheelchair) It was large, airy with plenty of facilities including a fridge and microwave. Excellent location (Stop 9 on the i-trolley) with plenty of restaurants nearby. Spotlessly clean throughout Beds and pillows were so comfy Fantastic breakfast also 10/10 overall and many thanks to everyone who looked after us so well

Only one elevator working which meant that we had to spend 10 mins to be able to go up or down. we had a stroller and baby so there was no option to take the stairs for us. On Sunday, a lot of people where checking out so every time the elevator doors would open it was packed. We ended up waiting like 20 mins before we decided to right the empty elevator up before we could come down....very annoying. They say the other elevator is being maintained but I did not see one single person working on it and according to the comments here it is always being maintained. Nevertheless, the one elevator that does work is in horrible conditions with all the floors rising and makes horrible sounds as it goes up and down

Hotel and room were updated, new, and clean clean clean! I loved our larger than average size room. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom/shower actually felt and looked clean. In our room we had 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa, and two different sink areas which helped for getting ready. The location can't be beat. It's close to shops, Walmart, Universal, and restaurants. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great and varied slightly each day. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit!

Every time we would drive back to the hotel, we would almost miss (and lots of times miss it and have to turn around) the signage to turn into the parking lot. Sign is small/short and is hard to find with tons of other small hotel signs at that level. Also, during the busy seasons, please put out a few more waffle irons. The line was always so backed up for those and my son would be standing in line waiting to make his while the rest of us (who didn't get waffles) would be finished with our food by the time he got his.

Very clean rooms with regular service, a convenient store with a bunch of goodies, and the little things you forget to pack along the way, like a nail clipper, is all there. Breakfast provided at the time was a huge bonus in the morning.

I was unaware of there being certain services at this location. Having staff reiterate what services are provided as well as commodities such as workout rooms, pools, laundry rooms would be an amazing help to feel more at home.

i really liked the big room with the big windows where i could see the sunrise every morning! also, the bed was extremely comfortable and huge! there's a washing machine and a dryer available :)

i really disliked the paper plates and paper cups for breakfast

Me and my group of 4 people stayed at this hotel for 3 days/2 nights. Staff were very helpful and had great customer service skills, they provide you with complimentary water when you check in. Breakfast was yummy and it’s the same almost every day but there are various options to choose from. Location to Universal is just a short 10 mins drive and there are many things within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and well maintained, we didn’t have any issues during our stay and will plan to stay at this hotel again in the future!

Location is perfect for coming from Universal Studios. Right on International Drive and in close proximity to all the usual tourist activities. Nice size room, bathroom. Comfortable beds. You, seemingly, could "eat off the floor". Quick check-in/out. Got complimentary bottles (2) of water. Breakfast was included; sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, oat meal, waffles in the shape of Mickey Mouse, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, rolls/bread/bagels, yogurt, cereal. Plus you got free wifi & internet. And you had a refrigerator plus microwave.

Everything was perfect for us.
