What i like the most is that Sarah one of your front desk personal was so helpful. She provided us with the help we needed when moving to another room.

What i didnt like was having to wait 5 and a half hours to get to our room. Also 30 minutes after normal check in. Our friends checked in 5 hours eariler. While waiting we were told that the reason we had to wait was because of what we requested. We requested a room over looking the pool and after the long wait and when we were told it was ready. When we walked in the room 1314 we went to our balcony of most which was a wall and overlooking a basketball court. My wife and i were very disappointed after waiting so long..

Very clean room. Also cleaning staff was quiet (no talking in hallways, no disturbance). We had the 1BR apartment, which was really big. included essentials in the kitchen. Dryer and WM (including tablets). Air con and ceiling fan. Fan on the balcony as well. Not too close from the main road, so quiter than most other nearby hotels.

Ordinary choice of food. Fairly high price of drinks. We weren't next to the pool/bar area, which looked like it could be a bit noisy during the afternoon/late afternoon.

The little store/deli was fabulous for snacks and a delicious breakfast sandwich right on property before a big day at the Disney parks. Excellent location to get to any Orlando attraction. The suite was very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The pools are awesome! Property is beautiful. Thank you for a great stay!

I understand you cannot control loud people in the morning slamming their room doors and screaming children. Oh well! The weather stripping could be installed in the doors to decrease the loud slam. I point this out because it was a constant thing that disturbed the serenity of the beautiful property.

Staff didn’t help me to my room had 4 massive bags it was pitch black only had a useless map took a long time to find my room only found as I asked a guest and he help me. Make bar tender at the pool bar manners left a lot to be desired

Great location and VERY clean. The rooms were the perfect size for our family and you could even see the nightly MK fireworks from our balcony. The deli/marketplace had a nice selection of food and the on site Starbucks was definitely a plus. I also liked that you could text them with any request or question and you would get a reply within minutes. We got our room cleaned two days in a row at no extra charge! Most all of the staff were great and quite welcoming. The area where you check in had popcorn, face painting and other activities. It was really cute. And check out was a breeze. You just drop your key and leave. Overall it's a really nice place and great for families.

The only cons were that they have a bare minimum selection for cable. No streaming apps or anything like that. They do have a place downstairs to rent dvds but there's only one DVD player in the living area and ....it didn't work. By the time someone came to fix it we were leaving. Also a lot of the windows in our room were broken and wouldn't lock. With kids and being on the 5th floor, that was a bit scary. And there was a HUGE roach in our room but I understand that this is FL and it's happens. We also went to the smaller pool on one of our rest days and there were no towels in sight, so that was a bummer.

Our fifth time at this resort and we still love the amenities and location. Rooms are great, swimming pool is great and bar as well. They maintain the premises immaculately!

Even though maintenance of the resort is top- notch- the place is getting a bit tired. Since this was our fifth time, we noticed that this year we only had our apartment cleaned once during the whole week. Normally this was done daily and you would get extra dish liquid and washing powder- now we only got enough for two days. The lady at the gate entrance (not reception) was quite rude- also when friends of us came to visit. Just not needed at a resort like this. In the previous years- I never had a negative comment- this year it just felt more tired/ less classy.

From the moment we drove onto the property we fell in love. The resort is beautiful and the front desk staff was amazing. This was our first time staying here. We normally stay at the Marriott Resort close by. Every staff member we came into contact with was very helpful and kind. The room was spotless and very comfortable and we loved the balcony. We walked around the property and it was gorgeous. Everything from the pools to the walkways. We stayed in bldg 6 which was right next door to the outlet mall. We loved our stay so much that we are returning in June for my birthday weekend!

There isn’t anything I can think of that I didn’t like.

It was the 5th time my family and I stayed at Hilton Tuscany. We like the rooms - spacious and yet, cozy. The facilities - pool, gym, beautiful area. I enjoy running around the hotel in the morning, before getting coffee at the nice Deli. It is close to amusement parks, and it is also fun to have the outlet mall across the street. The staff is polite and efficient.

The carpet in the room could be renovated. But that's just a suggestion. The menu at the pool bar could have some healthier options.
