Hyatt Place Orlando Airport

it was in a perfect location, with restaurants and universal studios near by.

everything was great, one tip tho. you had a staff member (her name is Sonia ) who was rude to some of the customers. she was throwing the cutlery and plates from one container to another. she was pulling faces and just rude. that’s not a good look. teach her some proper manners in hospitality.

Breakfast was great, having both hot and cold options was really helpful. I didn’t expect such a wide selection since it isn’t specifically stated on any website what the food could potentially be. Hot options were French toast, potatoes/hash browns, breakfast sausages, and warm tortillas if you wanted to make your own breakfast burrito with cheese/salsa. The next morning was slightly different with scrambled eggs, both days had hard boiled eggs available, toast and a toaster, a microwave if needed in the lobby, and it was nice to have tables to sit at if you didn’t want to bring it up to your room. There was hot oatmeal and cold cereal, yogurt/fruit, and tea/coffee available during the breakfast times which was 6am-9:30am. It was a great overall spread for breakfast from a hotel that includes it in the price.

Clean, well appointed room with a very comfortable mattress. I have stayed at this hotel brand before and it was great as well. Value for money is good. We only stayed one night to get to the airport early.

Airplane noise was very annoying, BUT this is because of the location, not a fault of the hotel. We had to get up very early for a 8:10AM flight and tried to go to sleep earlier, but the noise was an issue. I am a light sleeper.

The staff at reception (Jay and John) were super helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We liked their service so much, that I subscribed to Hyatt points! My sister and niece, and my family and I only stayed a couple of hours before our evening flights, but my mom and aunt spent the night. :-) Everything was perfect. Also liked that there were nearby restaurants and the Airport Lakes Park. The airport shuttles every 30 minutes were seamless and always on-time.

I didn't like that we had to leave Orlando so soon!

Location was great. Nice people working there. Nice and big room.

In the description of the hotel it says the hotel had a lobby bar and a restaurant. I would not call the room called bar and restaurant those words. Luckily it was a short walk to next restaurant. Got a phone number for a pick up at the airport but nobody answered that number so after many tries we took taxi to the hotel. Breakfast buffet not well money spent.

I missed my flight so I had get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel the staff was amazing and very helpful they treated me like family which made me feel better because of my situation it was thanksgiving eve and I wasn't going to be able to enjoy Thanksgiving day with my family so I just want to say thank you to the girls at the front desk (she was pregnant I can't remember her name) she was awesome I didn't want to leave ... I will definitely be back

Good breakfast with a nice variety. The room was spacious, bed comfortable.

The loud air conditioning unit! I don't think the wall control worked right, had to just turn the thing completely off in order to sleep. I also did not appreciate having to pay for parking in their own lot. Seems like a money grab.

The breakfast was yummy. The room was larger than expected, it was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, dinner at the hotel and a comfortable bed before our flight home. Very close to the airport. Great value and friendly staff.

I don’t have any complaints about this property.

lEvery employee was friendly and accommodating, The rooms are a good size, well appointed with lights under the bed that come on when you get up at night and the mirror in the bathroom has a built in clock. The lighting in the room is above average and the beds are comfy.

I can’t think of anything I did not like.

front desk was friendly, informative, and very professional, rooms are spotless and housekeeper very helpful, location is very convenient, quiet and accessible, close to Denny's even though the kitchen at the hotel is well serve as well as the bar. Love it here!
