Hampton Inn Orlando-International Airport

Nice hotel, clean, close to airport. Good Restaurants within walking distance was a real plus. Outdoor pool, which we enjoyed.. it was 91 degrees so that was refreshing. Breakfast was provided, but we left for airport early morning,, so we didn't have any. Staff was all very friendly, especially Sasha. We arrived early after our cruise and she held our luggage while we went out. As soon as she had a room ready she gave us a room, and a bonus, she remembered my name as I walked back up to the counter 2 hours later! She is a real asset to them. No charge for airport shuttle, which runs every 1/2 hour. Driver very friendly, dropped each person at their correct airline. Very much appreciated!

Although room was big, Bathroom was small, you had to go into room, turn so you could close door. Toilet was leaking on side, we told man at desk and he sent someone right up to clean floor, but it needs to be recaulked.

I had picked it for free shuttle, pool and free breakie However we got in 3am, didnt use shuttle, and weather was yucky so didnt use pool. Were grateful still had our room at 3am...thx

Was disappointed with breakfast, the sausages were hard, eggs were scarce, no juice, no bagels or muffins, there were very little selection left and staff was not repleminishing it still had 30 min before closing. It should be filled and selection until time designated to close. Plus being a sunday Easter Sunday, there were no extra's or kept open longer :(

Excellent service and proximity to airport, shuttle was prompt and easy. Staff were exceptionally courteous and efficient. I would definitely stay here again when traveling from Orlando airport. I had an early flight and my shuttle was available at 4:00AM, on time and very friendly. Stop at front desk to ensure you let them know what time your flight is and they will be happy to help schedule your shuttle. Both shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful.

Maybe consider adding a bar/café for guests. The surrounding area does have plenty of options and there is 24 hour a day coffee/tea.

We stayed here because of the proximity to the airport and the hotel had a shuttle. The front desk people were extremely friendly. We had a nice quiet room and the wifi was decent. There were restaurants within walking distance. We would happily stay there again.

The shuttle ride wasn't far but in our case they weren't able to pick us up for over an hour because they were so busy but they didn't tell us that when we called for a pickup. We were unable to stream to the television.

Stag.was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

I only stayed one (1) night. I cancelled second night due to flight tickets home became available. Can’t understand how I was charged $198.00 for one night. I called manager and he said it was because they were very busy and booked. Don’t know that should have anything to do with the rate I was charged. I assumed a rate is a rate! He said he would look into it. He was very cordial. Hope this can get some resolution. Not sure who else I can speak with. Ronald Wisher

Good size room, very clean and tidy. Large cumfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection on offer. You could help yourself to tea and coffee, which was available all day, just off the lobby. A free shuttle service is offered to and from the airport, which is only minutes away.

There were some areas that needed redecorating/repair, but this is only a minor niggle, nothing that would have an impact on your stay at this hotel.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable with MANY amenities! Breakfast was the usual, with plenty of extras. Coffee was on hot when I got up at 530am. Staff was extremely kind, and the shuttle service to the airport runs 24/7 and was exceptional! The price was great as well.

I didn't like that I had to sign up for a program to utilize the internet, but it worked well and wasn't a terrible hassle, just annoying and unnecessary, in my opinion.

Excellent location, clean comfortable rooms but the staff - everyone from the breakfast room staff to the shuttle driver to the front reception staff were so amazingly helpful! I stayed to meet my husband who was returning after a month away. Several last minute flight changes and snafus and the staff went out of their way to do what they could to get me to the airport to meet him. I won’t stay anywhere else when I need an airport area overnight.

Check'In was excellent, room and beds comfortable. The breakfast was good enough and location fine for my requirements (one night, late arrival).

I indicated the time of arrival of my flight and estimated time for pick-up at the airport, but I had to call the hotel to ask for the shuttle and they were not capable of giving me a precise time of pick-up, giving an estimate of at least 20m. (which finally were just 10m)

The room was a decent size with ample plug sockets for devices. There was a large table and chair should you need to do any work and ample adjustable lighting. The breakfast food was also exceptional. Bed was comfy and a good size.

Plastic and paper cutlery at breakfast was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was also quite small. The room decor was a little dated and could do with some modernisation.
