When I requested to clean the room I expected daily service but I was told it had to be requested 24 hr in advance. I have stayed there several times and my room was cleaned daily but not this time therefore I was disappointed. I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean the bathroom and kitchen. For the amount that I paid for my room should have been cleaned daily. Next time I come to Orlando I will not stay here . It’s unfortunate

I was startled out of my sleep by several loud bangs on the door by staff yelling “ROOM SERVICE” 1. Imagine my confusion, i didn’t think it was my door at first, but incidentally it was. 2. I did NOT order room Service 😒 3. Turns out it was actually house keeping getting an early start— more confusion - so they really meant to say housekeeping! ... and why don’t they know that the room was still occupied?

I like the room, it was very nice. The breakfast was nice too. Love the look of the hotel, great curb appeal.

I didn't like that the one day housekeeping came to clean my room, the bathroom wasn't clean thoroughly. It was hair on the floor, dirt in the corner and the shower doors was not wiped down. Most of all, the pillows were too soft. I could not get a good night's sleep the whole time I was there. Don't like the pillows, but the bed was ok not great but ok

I loved how clean it was and how everything was easily accessible. It was a great price as well! They took us to the airport shuttle at 2am and were super nice about it.

Nothing! I wish we could have checked in earlier because we just got off a cruise ship but that’s not on them at all!

Stayed at this Home2 Suites for a week last year during New Year's and were so happy with our stay we decided to book again for New Year's (two weeks this time around). Everything met our expectations even with Covid protocols/regulations, very good price for all the amenities the hotel offers; staff all around was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

If you're stay is for a bit longer, breakfast options can become repetitive but still not bad; you'll also have to get to it earlier as it seems (during both stays) other guests will quite frankly get greedy with what is put out... Location may also be another downside for some as it is located near the airport. Lastly, had a few nights where neighboring guests were a bit noisy during and/or through out the night but we never complained therefore it was out of the staffs control.

The layout of the room was very accessible for my disabled sister. Breakfast was minimal...

I booked the room through Booking.com, and the re was an issue: I was given the room keys but had to go back to the lobby three times before I could access a room. The keys would not open the room. The front desk finally changed the room, and the door to the new room opened. Also, the external hotel door nearest our room was broken.

I liked basically everything, breakfast, location ,staff and deco of the hotel mostly the air shuttle.

The room was very nice but the closet they had a curtain but my concern it smelled like urine.

Clean, Quiete, Family Oriented, great yummy always ready breakfast, VERY NICE AND HELFUL STAFF, Shuttle to and from hotel, close to restaurants and near by stores,

I like their proximity to MCO airport and their 24-hr shuttle service. The room was also very clean and very comfortable. Their extended on site parking rate is much more affordable than the airport as well.

There was small hairs where the silverware were and small dust trash. Under the mattress there was trash and bobby-pins. There was also 5 of us in the reservation but only two towels were provided.
