Embassy Suites Orlando - Airport

the room was nice. large. and clean. great having a microwave and a fridg. the air conditioning worked good. loved having a separate living room. there were three sinks!

the property was fine. the driver of the shuttle should NOT. be driving families. he drove 39 miles over the speed limit and we were actually having to hold on on corners. it was a scary ride with him whipping around corners speeding down the straight sways and going right through stop signs.

Breakfast was very good. When we booked we choosed Embasy Suites because it offered breakfast this allowed us to be able to sleep in and not look for an outside crowded place. It makes it a lot easier with children. Suite was very spacious and we enjoyed having two TV one for us and one for the children.

Would of liked for breakfast to be available a little later. Our flight was delayed and we did not go to bed until after midnight. When we woke a little late and called front desk we were told breakfast ended at 9:30 we almost missed it. We would have been very upset. Also we had dinner at the hotel felt it was a little pricey for a sandwich and fries. Maybe making dinner a little more affordable for families.

I didn’t really end up staying at this hotel. I had actually booked a hotel that I thought was near the airport that I was flying out in the morning at 5:30 am. However, after all the confusion I needed to be at the Sanford airport instead of the Orlando airport. I was thankful for Candice. She explained that we were at the wrong location and took us to the hotel so I could relax and make other reservations at a hotel closer to the airport for our flight. My daughter did have dinner in the restaurant which was very good and I on the other hand had adult cry baby cocktails! All and all soooo thankful for Candice. She was so helpful and was sooo kind, caring with a huge heart! she said they would wave the fee for the hotel as well. one day I will stay at this hotel when I fly in the Orlando airloort not the “Sanford Orlando airport!” Thank you so much Candice!!!!❤️ I will never forget you!

it was beautiful!

Had an issue with the main living room light being out. We were moved within 10 mins of bringing it to Rene’s attention at the front desk. The room was one that had updates, so it smelled a lot better. This stay was a lot better than my previous visit. Rene and Louanne were helpful. Also appreciated the shuttle service from the airport. Never a long wait and the guys were awesome!

Might want to consider the air freshener scent. I happened to be in the nearby Spring Hill Suites lobby - a more pleasing scent improved the class of their hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. The man cooking the omelets and eggs was excellent. It was fun to watch him - he had great technique. He cooked my egg over medium just right!

One of the elevators wasn't working and we had to wait for the one that was working quite a while several different times.

19.00 to park your car staying at the hotel and the room was not clean, curtains were dirty and stained, bathroom was not clean

It is a hotel with excellent services with the clients the rooms with a lot of comfort and a lot of convenience. Next month we plan two trips to Orlando and for sure we will be back at the same hotel. Thank you

lobby was nice, breakfast was great

things felt clunky, like everything looked nice but underneath was not that great. example, the door wouldn’t close (had to get a new room), bathroom fixtures felt like they were cheap and about to break

The room was very nice and the staff was great! The amenities are great too! The decor throughout the property was beautiful!

The overall stay was great but if I have any suggestions at all, it’s that some attention should seriously be taken for the elevators! They are the slowest I have ever had to use!
