Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Airport

The staff was really accommodating beyond what we've experienced traveling. Our cruise got in at 8am and they were able to get us in a room by the time we traveled there from the port. Our flight was also delayed and they allowed us a late checkout so we didn't have to spend extra hours waiting at the airport. The shuttle knew exactly where he needed to go when we told him our airline and the business center was a huge plus with our delays my son was able to get some of his work done.

Clean, modern facility with exceptional rooms. Dark-out curtains allowed us to sleep late into the day after a red-eye flight. Bedding available for sofa bed. Very comfortable. Late checkout time key for us!

Elevators located a good distance from the lobby, making getting to your room a little more of a walk. Many rooms being renovated around rooms for guests. We had to be relocated when workers were using an air compressor and nail gun next door to our room.

It is one of very many hotels close to the airport - there are dozens capturing the holiday maker market. It is just a 2 minute walk to a strip of eating places - mostly chains. There is a small cafe at the hotel and the gym is OK, so overall it provides reasonable 3-4 star quality. The bed was comfy and everything clean.

The guy on reception was not over friendly. Also very difficult with 'co-vid screen' to communicate. My three brothers and I were all left asking 'pardon me?' at almost every interaction throughout our individual check ins as we couldn't hear him and he didn't make himself any louder or clearer or cheerier. 'Missing' first shuttle bus due to distance from arrivals to pick up point.

OVER ALL THE HOTEL WAS GREAT & THE STAFF WERE SUPER NICE , QUICK JUST VERY HELPFUL OVERALL . THE FITNESS ROOM WAS CLEAN AND EASY TO GET TO , FROM THE ROOM U CAN CALL FRONT DESK FOR LITTERALLY ANYTHING AND THEY ARE ALWAYS SUPER HELPFUL.

THE MAIN AREAS OF THE HOTEL SMELLED GOOD BUT VERY OVER POWERING , I HAVE ASTHMA AND HAD TO COVER MY FACE OVER MY MASK BECAUSE IT WAS OVER POWERING. THE ONLY OTHER COMPLAINT ID HAVE IS THAT THE SOFA BED WAS SUPER DUPER UNCOMFORTABLE , THE BED WAS AMAZING BUT THE SOFA BEST WAS BAD AND THE SHEETS PROVIDED FOR THE SOFA BED ARE TOO THIN COMPARED TO THE SHEETS ON THE BED SO ONE GUEST WILL BE COLD WHILE OTHER IS HOT

I had a great stay and the staff were really amazing

It was a little bit too expensive and I wasn’t able to get a late check out because I’m not a rewards member and the food was extremely overpriced

Staff was good. room was clean good practice for covid. we rarely ran into anyone just with staff a few times. they are pet friendly and have a place to walk them. not every hotel offers this.

Very convenient location to restaurants and airport.

We had two rooms. It would have been nice if there was an internal door - but at least the two rooms were together. Elevator quite working shortly after we arrived. No fault of the hotel. Repairs were called quickly and it was fixed by morning. Pool was not very clean. Much debri in the bottom and floating.

The bed was so comfortable and the employees were very nice. This was the perfect location for an early morning flight and was within a short walk to a restaurant.

The hotel restaurant wasn't open early enough to have breakfast before my flight and there wasn't a microwave in the room.

Room and bathroom was very clean.

Was surprised that the room did not have a mini refrigerator. Also, was not advised that there was a charge for parking since I was a guest at this hotel. This should have been explained at reservation desk.
