Holiday Inn Orlando International Airport, an IHG Hotel

Very Nice hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly, s/o to the shuttle driver he was so nice. The hotel room was nice, they provide “Dove/Suave” soap, conditioner, shampoo and body lotion.

We didn’t get the room that was on the picture on booking.com and we had to do the sofa bed ourselves which kinda sucks but ok. And also the pool view was sh*tty if I may as the only thing we were seeing was trees and a dot of water from far away. And to get the shuttle to pick you up, good luck if you don’t have an American phone number as you can only call them to get it, they don’t really answer messages on booking :/

Stayed here late one night to be close to the airport for an early flight the next day. Receptionist was delightful, very helpful and cheerful for it being later in the evening. The room was nicely decorated and the bed ... so comfy. Some parts of the hotel are a little worn and our bedroom door stuck a little when we tried to open it but the good points def make up for a little wear and tear.

Breakfast was Good. Great pool and Great Bartender Kenny.. Staff was Awesome and Very Polite. Clean Rooms and Close to other activities. We Have been all Over the Country and We Loved this Place. The Shuttle Driver was Awesome...Nice Place to Stay. Thank You to the Staff. They were All Incredible.

Your Dryer in the Facilities didn't Work. Couldn't do Any Laundry. Bummed us Out.

Property was clean, the lobby was really nice. Staff was friendly. Our room was really clean and the beds were sooo comfy I had a great nights sleep!! I’m not sure why other reviews complained about the rooms/carpet… our room was just fine. The location is awesome, you’re so close to lots of food options and stores for shopping. The last time I was in this area was about 5 years ago and the businesses around there have grown tremendously!! I would definitely stay at this hotel again :)

The only thing I could think of that I didn’t like was that we didn’t have one of those ice buckets in the room lol

It was a great addition to my trip , hotel was clean & comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was convenient as it was close to the airport.

The only thing that wasn't so great was where they asked me for special requests... I said I would like the main floor but we were booked on the fourth floor. As I am claustrophobic in elevators.

we evacuated here during Ian, we felt safe and were treated very well. they had a plan to deal with the situation: meals, housekeeping etc. very well run property.

clean, safe, friendly and professional staff. The buffet meals they served were good and well thought out. best plan for guests and staff when short staffed.

This was a very nice, quiet place near Orlando airport. The rooms were nicely decorated and more upscale than I've experienced at other Holiday Inns. The staff was very helpful and setup a taxi to take us to the airport. The cost of the hotel was so much better than other hotels that offered free breakfast or airport shuttle.

The hot tub was inop and waiting for maintenance. The pool bathroom and shower needed attention also. But the rest of the hotel was very nice. The coffee was not the greatest for my taste. I think it was chicory, which is more to the liking of Central and South Americans. It would be nice to have another choice like Seattle's Best or Dunkin' Donut coffee.

The room was very nice. It was the standard hotel room but everything had a touch of class. The decor, fresh new bedding, nice selection of pillows, refrigerator available, etc.. The staff was very professional and friendly. The room price here is way less than hotels that have an airport shuttle or offer free breakfast.

The coffee was gross....yuck. However, I realized later that it was the chicory flavored coffee that is prevalent in Central America, which I learned from my own travels there. It would be nice to have a North American style coffee available too (i.e., Seattle's Best coffee). The pool was fine but the hot tub was inoperative and dirty. Looks like it needed attention. Also, the quantity of pool towels were not monitored.

Very close to Airport , shuttle q30 minutes, very clean. Dennys across the street, restaurant in the facility.

King bed not properly on its metal frame left 4” street rods sticking out (Rm 711) & is very dangerous. Someone wWILL get hurt.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Issue that reservation had a wrong credit card and it straightened out. Had dropped a slipper after checking out and was to return to the room to look for it.

Could hear the doors being shut...loud and talking. First morning around 6:30 could hear people at a table outside talking. Found out that there was a fee for parking.
