Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport Hotel

location, staff great esp Helen server and morning server at restaurant (missed her name). Both shuttle drivers - evening 10 Sep and morning 11 Sep. were excellent. Room was fine.

Flashing smoke alarm continuously - in spite if request to fix it, nothing was done. Room 315. On arrival Sunday evening Sep 9, check in person was very difficult to understand. His English appeared to be quite limited. He was very polite. Elevator was long distance from lobby. Espresso machine not working this morning Sep 12.

1.Location, quite near to the Orlando airport. 2.Clean and big size of room. 3.Free shuttle drop to the airport.

1.We were three people (2 adults and a kid). Only one 500 ml water bottle was provided. 2.Grocery stores are not in walking vicinity. 3.No bellboy for travellers with heavy and more baggage. 4.Had taken the advice from reception how soon to reach airport but would have appreciated if the hotel reception had forewarned us of the morning traffic jam and airport rush. We went as per the hotel advised timings, but could baord the flight at last minutes only.

pool was open and fitness center was open 24 hours. had a shuttle from airport. some of the staff where very friendly and nice

poor selection in hotel store. distracted service at restaurant with night staff. uninformed employees about daily hotel info as well as close locations.

The staff was fantastic and really helpful! The room size was pretty good as well. The hotel was really close to the airport also there was some decent amount of food places near to the hotel as well. We had a balcony that faced the pool which was cool.

We had a balcony but there wasn't any chairs on the balcony for us to sit and enjoy the view but it was still cool to have a balcony. Getting to our room felt like a hike because the hallway seemed endless. There probably was a better way to get to our room but since we only stayed one night we didn't really try to explore.

The property was nicely maintained. It was clean and the housekeeping for our room was really good. The airport shuttle was comfortable and on time which was a huge plus.

The bar definitely needs more life to it. Music a bit louder and more food options. Also, having a friendly and welcoming bartender is a must. The female bartender that was there was not welcoming, she was rude and looked bothered that she had to serve guests. We went out of the hotel to pick up drinks just to avoid having to deal with her. This is an issue and must be addressed. I’d like to stay again at your hotel, but do not want to feel that we as guests are being an inconvenience because we’d like to enjoy the facility completely.

The Staffs hospitality. From the front desk to the housekeeping personnel, and the Bar tender Luis who served a tasty meal and talked to us about the different stuff we had nearby. We had our flights canceled by Spirit airlines and we were having a stressful time but the stay at the sheraton made it worth the extra day of wait and Its all because of the staff who keep the Sheraton Alive.

Cant complain very clean room, good meal, nice pool, very classy looking.Might need a full kitchen so that you can have more meal options for the guess but we enjoyed the meals available.

Due to flight issues we had to unexpectedly spend another night in Orlando. We booked the room at 8pm and arrived at 8:30pm. All the staff were friendly and sympathetic, the room we were given was lovely and the beds were so comfy. We almost wished we could stay another night! Then to top it all there was the free shuttle service to return us to the airport the next day.

The staff were all exceptional! Very nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Close to airport and car rental return and still close to shopping.

The swimming pool water temp was cold. we heard about the unique swimming pool that had a curtain so we could swim from indoors to the out section of the pool and nice outdoior patio, so we were a little disappointed when we couldn't swim longer because of the water temp.

rooms clean, updated, nice. great restaurant, snack shopping. amazing breakfast!

pool was absolutely freezing for being a “heated” pool; property itself dingy and dated in hallways

I loved the staff at the bar. Helen and the night supervisor was amazing!! The Caesar salad is the best! Also the gym is legit, you can definitely get in a good burn.

The toilet was constantly running in 337 and it was hard to get a strong flush.
