Nice area good room had bad experience with front office management

Rude when we asked about pool towels Didnt know protocol snd husband went to check in area to see what to do. Girl said we don't have any right now sorry. Husband asked well wife and grandaughter are inpool we didn't know and she shrugged her shoulders and ignored him. So he csme back to pool snd asked around and the said they were in room and so he ran there and the the girl came out and had 2 towels snd he ignored her so he didnt say his mind snd she said he had attitude and he didn't even sat anything@ I was watching from pool!

Staff was nice and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and they had little on site events which was nice. I also called a head letting them know we had a birthday and we had a cake waiting for us and the lady at the desk was diligent not to ruin the surprise and also wrote our birthday person a note so the personal touches were amazing.

I thought I was getting one big suite unit instead it was 2 connecting units which was not a big deal just not what I expected. I know we only stayed 2 nights but I didn't have no one come clean my room in those days which also is not a big deal since it was a short stay but I had place before come everyday we left. Also wish that since they have full kitchens in the suites they had more condiment options in the store if you forgot something but otherwise amazing.

Location. Room to spread out for kids. Lovely grounds but didn't have time to enjoy pool or other amentities. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the patio out back and the kitchen.

Room was not ready at 4pm. Had to wait 25 minutes. Had to get parking pass from time share people who wanted me to commit to 9 am appointment for free stuff. Did not appreciate. Construction next door to our building early morning.

Although the location is away from the centre of St. Augustine, the site is beautiful and well maintained and situated approx. 1 mile from Interstate 95. It is gated, secure and very quiet. The facilities were more than plentiful for myself as a solo traveller. There were several instances of inclement weather during my stay, but the reception desk kept everyone appraised as to possible danger & temporary closure of pool, etc.

Traveled for my daughters golf tournament at Squire and Slammer. Loved this location. We walked to the course each day. Beautiful grounds and very clean property. We loved the room and it was very quiet. Also walked to Caddyshack restaurant which was so good!!!

Nothing that I didn't like

We had the mishap of contractors working in the roof of our building. Banging noise and beeping of the crane they were using the whole day. We complained and they credited us one night. But that was not the purpose of our complaint. Our complaint apparently was beneficial because they told us at check out that the work on the postponed until next week. Hopefully the noise will not be suffered more by any guests and management will take care of the situation and protect guests.

Everything was beautiful and the condo was big spacious. loved the separation between the kitchen livingroom and the bedroom with double doors.

That we couldn’t reach the front desk for anything by phone. i had to walk over there anytime I need something or had a question.

It is a perfect location to stay in the St. Augustine area. Rooms and studios are very comfortable and spacious.

Taking into consideration the type of buildings and the type of furniture in the rooms and studios, some noise is always heard from surrounding and upstairs units. Management should make visitors aware of this and to do the utmost effort to avoid the noises.

Nice pool area, comfortable rooms, and good amenities. Love the coffee station. Staff was exceptional. Property was very walkable and had access to world golf village.

I didn’t like the early check out, checkout process, lack of pool towels, noise in the hallways during the night, and no private place to work other than room.

The staff was very friendly and the pool area was really relaxing.

the building next to our building was under construction and we did not know until after booking. Staff also informed us when we checked in. it was noisy on the second day of our stay. The bed wasn’t that comfortable.
