The staff at check-in was very good. He explained where to park the car in order to access the elevators easily. The few issues we had during our stay were corrected immediately by staff.

This location is in need of renovation. The carpets are old. You can see the stains in the carpet that can no longer be removed. The walls have been repainted enough times that when the paint chips off, you can see the old paint.

I liked that bed was big and comfy. I asked the staff for more towels and they gave me way more than I expected to get. The hotel was in a great location. It was quiet and I felt completely safe and sound.

I did not like the lightening in the bathroom over the sink. I wish it was a bit brighter, more vibrant. The lights were pretty dimmed. I like the lights in the actual room. They were definitely brighter and better.

It was the best part of our weekend in Atlanta. The staff was super. I'm not sure it's a good thing or not, but it was kinda special that the afternoon after we checked in, the desk clerk (Reggie) called us by name! Even in this day of C0V1D, the room was serviced. It was a pleasant surprise to come in after a long day and find a made-up room! The breakfast both mornings was wonderful!

I'm used to a much firmer mattress. If you like a soft, "fluffy" mattress, you'll love it!

Very spacious rooms extremely courteous staff several ways to enter the property and your room.

Very small televisions. Had to slide the dresser all the way to the bed to see the damn thing. The King Suite is confusing in that it offers a nice sitting area and has a bar with a microwave and college frig however there is no sink.... I kept catching myself walking to it thinking a sink was there. So you got your microwave and college fridge and a nice little bar area and then you gotta go to the bathroom to rinse off your dishes or wash your hands or......

The hotel was amazingly clean. Breakfast was very good as well. The staff was busy but helpful and resolved our TV issue in the room in a timely fashion.

The walls and furniture need touching up. There were no holes but a little TLC would easily remedy those blemishes. It was clear that the cleaning staff was on the ball but perhaps not maintenance as much.

The breakfast was great. I liked the sitting area off of the breakfast area.

Our room was on the 1st floor. It was too musty smelling. I asked for another room, which ended up being just 2 doors down from the 1st room. It was better, but not much. It was ok for our quick 2-night stay.

The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The area is relatively quite, but convenient to the highway, grocery store and restaurant. I worked in my room when I was not in my office, and it worked out well, even the zoom call went off without a hitch.

The breakfast was limited, but understandable with covid and suppliers. The only caution is right when I was checking my room to see if I left anything I discovered a yellow stain on the underside of the top blanket. I'm a frequent traveler. So, normally I find those things during my initial inspection of the room.

We like the room and we definitely like the staff they are very helpful and polite

The breakfast It was not satisfying at all. My husband and I were looking forward to a good breakfast we were there for us family funeral so to get up and have a good breakfast before we started our day at this time it was not good at all eggs were dry and there wasn't enough to choose from no meets to go with the eggs so on and so on

Breakfast was sufficient for our needs and wants; location was great for why we were visiting; bed was very comfortable.

Stayed two nights in two different rooms and both needed additional cleaning; needs to work on cleanliness; wifi was spotty at best and needs to be upgraded with a consistent signal if using for business needs.

The room was clean, and cozy. The assistant assistant manager was teaching a new hire, and was nice, patient with him. The new hire was very nice.

There was no guide for the TV. I had to mess around for a bit to figure it out. Wondering if I get a King room, should it have had a King bed?
