Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta

Hot breakfast was a nice surprise with eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit and good coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't know that the hot breakfast was not available on Monday when I checked out . Area was clean. Coin op laundry is available if you need it. Close to local food stores and restaurants. CVS pharmacy is across the street. In room fridge is a big help! Bed was very comfortable.

Lots of additional local charges on the bill were unexpected. In room TV takes a bit of trial and error to figure out for channel selection. Hand held shower would be helpful but appreciated the adjustable shower head installed. More trash cans in the room would have been helpful.

Checking in was very easy going. I was running a little behind due to traffic, but I was able to call and they were very lenient and more that nice to accommodate me giving the circumstances. The room was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great.

The sheet did raise from the bed and I did notice that the mattress itself wasn't very clean.

The hotel was very clean and located in a nice relaxing convenient area. Red lobster across the street. Olive garden next to the hotel and a Japanese buffet two doors down. Close to high way if you want to going to Buckhead, Atlanta area and other surrounding areas. Breakfast could be a little more variety..

The bedroom was clean and the breakfast was good. Most of the staff was also pleasant.

The front desk person by the name Ester was not pleasant. The remote in my room wasn’t working and when I called the front desk she answered and never sent someone to replace the remote. Later that day I went down and spoke to another front desk staff name Claudine and she had the come to my room and replace the remote.

The staff was phenomenal! I came for a series of surgeries and all the staff checked on me, and they were so understanding and accommodating when we needed a change of linens between room service. I cannot brag on them highly enough.

It was so clean, cute, and cozy! Loved the location and there is an Olive Garden literally next door! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean! The staff was very nice! I would definately stay there again highly recommend it to others.

Internet was awful. Frequent disconnects and way too slow, My phone, my wife's phone, and the laptop were unusable on the hotel network/gateway. If I had been there for work, I would have checked out.

Easy to find, good location, many good restaurants close by.

There was a very very large pile of cords and plugs sticking out from underneath the bed on a unpainted board under the front end of the bed? Very strange and unsightly?

Breakfast was okay. Staff at breakfast was friendly and attentive. Room very clean!

Mattress was pretty lumpy. No exhaust vent in bathroom. AC unit rattled every time it cut on.
