The staff couldn’t have been better. Amazing personalities, friendly, helpful- every employee I interacted with is perfectly suited for the hospitality industry. I’m a corporate recruiter and I know first hand how difficult adequate staffing is right now- but this team nailed it- I wish I’d gotten everyone’s names so I could compliment them directly. I believe Claudia is who checked us in and was more than helpful with a handful of things I needed help with. The “fancier” a hotel is, the thinner the line can get between snooty and pretentious OR effortlessly accommodating. Overall, my experience with your people was better then the sleep I had (which was a pretty good sleep).

The hotel restaurant was disappointing. I paid an additional $30 for my daughter and I to eat the standard buffet style bland eggs, ‘Texas potatoes’, fresh fruit, yogurt, and an array of pastry - all things that most hotels offer as a continental FREE breakfast. Had I been able to order from a menu and given the option to have a seated full service meal, charging $17 per person might be reasonable. At $30, we could have gotten drive through and paid much less.

This is a great location to be able to experience nature and relax while being close to Atlanta and what it offers. There are plenty of services and shops nearby, but it is surrounded by trees. The staff was great and the layout of the lobby, the rooms are phenomenal for being able to be social or relax solo.

There was no shampoo in my room and I had to go through a bit to get a bottle, but that was a staff member problem.

accessible room had toilet that was extremely low- presumably for someone in a wheelchair to transfer to and from it. I have a muscle disease and could not get up from that toilet. When checking out, I learned that I could request a raised toilet seat- guests booking accessible rooms should be told of this option. No mini-fridge or microwave- just about all hotels have these now.

Communication issues trying to reach the hotel desk....tried to call repeatedly to let them know I was going to be late. The operator who finally answered told me I would have a problem if I did not make it to the hotel by midnight. Plane was late, rent a car Co was slow.

Location for our purposes was excellent. Quiet area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast scene was crazy. It was a somewhat safe buffet. Most of the offerings were empty. It took 15 minutes for items to be cooked and replenished. They said that they had had a large group to come at once. Considering the offerings and the wait, $20 was a ridiculous amount. It was comparable to a free breakfast at a lesser chain (Holiday Inn Express for example). Work on this model. Hilton customers deserve better.

A good meeting place for family to gather for holiday weekend. Pool was very refreshing, rooms were clean, breakfast is good, but expensive so try to get a booking that includes breakfast.

The bed pillows were too small and too soft.

I like everything

but the hotel didn't have washer and dryer and no microwave and fridge on the room wish is really convenient for the customer.

I liked everything about the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like is that I haven't gotten my points that I won from the spin the wheel game in January.

Great location for visiting with friends in Roswell. Easy access right off Hwy-400.

Our room has been redone but there are clearly signs that they either have more left or didn’t really do a very good job.

I usually stay here when I’m in town on business and it’s always so clean! The beds & pillows are so soft that I barely want to get up. I always get such great customer service and feel very safe there which is important for someone traveling alone. You can’t beat this low price for the quality.
