Great location. What a view! We also loved the island Bar staff (Holly especially) were great, as were waiters and waitresses. Levi and the other maitre de were also great. Food excellent (if expensive) Amazing pool Very-very clean

It’s an expensive holiday. We loved the hotel, but you get the feeling they are trying to rinse you for every penny they can. Great staff, but a couple of people on reception (not Teresa who was lovely) were a bit grumpy. Manners cost nothing.

I love everything and the staff was excellent. Thhe servive was wonderful. My Mom , my sister, and myself were there for my Mom 90th Birthday!! The staff treated my Mom like a Queen for the day ( May 16th Tuesday). Excellent job. Thank you, for great time.

The restaurant, which is supposed to be excellent, was anything but. 2 months prior we had an excellent dinner there. this visit was VERY disappointing. The wait staff was very good. The menu was nearly useless, as they didn’t have any fresh fish or their normal offerings. The experience was horrible (said by one who rarely complains).

Property was nice, room was spacious. Loved that the property was on the beach and close access to dining, shops, etc.

If we kept our doors open to hear the sounds of the beach, gnats would come in.

When I booked through booking.com, I thought that the room selection and rate ensured we would have an oceanview suite with a balcony. Since there were so many bookings, however, we were on the first floor. At check-in, the clerk indicated that we could move to a higher floor for our second and third nights and apologized for the unavailability. We chose not to, but the staff was very nice about the situation; they explained that the room rate is the same regardless of which floor it is on. They also suggested that we book directly with them for our next stay and request a suite on an upper floor.

We traveled with two small children and loved the size and layout of the rooms. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The staff were all accommodating.

The ocean water was muddy. They seemed a little short staffed, but that may have been due to covid.

Great location. Rooms were modern, large and clean. The room had a very nice balcony overlooking the ocean. On site pool and restaurant were good. Parking was close. Bike trail was connected to property and went around the entire island.

The noise from neighboring rooms is very poor. Especially the floor above you, we could hear every footstep which was often past 2am. Not good sleeping. Also, the doors are very loud closing, you could hear doors slamming several rooms down the hall, although a lot of hotels have issues with this.

Everything was clean, most everyone wore a mask unless eating,swimming etc. staff are professional and more than accommodating. It was relaxing, great to local shops, bike rentals. Food was great too.

Only thing, lock on bathroom door locked my daughter inside on first day. But maintenance got her out safely. Locked jammed I guess but they were responsive and moved fast.

Beautiful rooms. Many places to sit and hang out both indoors and outdoors. Location perfect for walking to shops. Right on the beach. Relaxing stay.

Not a lot of eating options on the Island. Make your Dinner Reservations for 80 Ocean and The Wharf well in advance.
