Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta West/Lithia Springs

I loved the ease of check in, cleanliness, and it wasn’t a loud location. you would have thought you were the only ones staying there it was so quiet.

I booked my room because they had a jetted whirlpool tub. However our room’s tub wasn’t working properly. we were only there for a night for a nice getaway so we didn’t bother staff for another room or anything but it was a disappointment.

my wife and I got the whirlpool king room for our anniversary and the bed was by far the absolute best bed I’ve ever slept in! it was so comfy! The location was great too! there’s a racetrac gas station with cheap gas right across the street and a Walmart right next to it.

The whirlpool was visibly clean, but we ran water to see if the jets worked and it definitely could’ve used a deeper clean. easy fix though, we cleaned and sanitized it ourselves! half of the channels didn’t work either.

I really liked the room overall. The whirlpool tub looked and felt amazing. Also, the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the fact there was a microwave as well.

The only real issue I had was that the whirlpool jacuzzi jets did not work in the tub at all. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

The room smelled fresh and it was clean. Liked the complementary water. Had microwave and fridge. Pool was inside and outside.

I was charged a deposit I guess if you damage something I did not know about until check out you get the money back but it will take 6 to 7 business days. The whirlpool by the pool area was out of order had to take away a point.

the facility was nice the staff was respectful very clean and the common area was clean and I liked that they had a bar and hot food up till 8 pm and snacks though out the night

the breakfast was not complementary I’ve never stayed at a hotel where breakfast was not complementary especially for the money that we payed

This was the first time hotel stay I have done all year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to then, this is my favorite hotel when I want to do a staycation mainly because of the jacuzzi tub room- I can orchestrate a great in room spa experience. I was impressed with the COVID-19 protocol and I felt very safe. From check-in to getting in the room seeing all the sealed labels of sanitization, even the remote (which I would do myself prior to COVID). I am satisfied that steps were taken to make me feel safe and secure, and as always the bed was very comfortable, all appliances were in working order, the tub was heavenly and the AC worked well. It was the perfect way to end to a day filled with hiking; I slept like a baby and hated to leave. This is the only location I have stayed at and it has never failed at satisfying me yet.

I liked everything about the stay at the Hotel. The room was very clean and restroom as well was also very clean. Second time staying here at the hotel.

Nothing could have been better. Service was great. Location was great as well.

Facility was nice

The air conditioning in the room didn't get cold enough and the continental breakfast was not included with cost of the room. Charging $12-17 for breakfast when breakfast is the least expensive meal to prepare or offer. For how much the rooms cost; breakfast should be provided without the additional cost.

The rooms where comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

What a difference a month makes. Stayed for 5 days in February, and there was free continental breakfast. Stayed 3 days in March, and there was a $7 charge.

The location was good and the staff was very professional and helpful 👏 👍 we stayed just for the weekend and good experience for the price.

The carpets had stains and the pillow were fluffy until you laid you head on them; you need four pillows for one person.
