Pretty much loved everything. The suite turned out better than I imagined from the pictures. 2 adults + 4 kids, the hideaway bed in the sofa was a pleasant surprise for additional sleep space. I say surprise because i don't think it was mentioned in the listing. Everything seemed clean. Most of the breakfast items were really nice. Enjoyed the variety of most things as an adult. Overall, at least 2 of the 4 kids mentioned how nice their father did picking out this hotel.

Very picky, but with kids I have to mention. A simple waffle mix for the breakfast would have been better. Both mornings we were there, mix was a malt vanilla flavor. Kids didn't enjoy it. I think a less is more approach would've been better.

I liked how spacious the rooms were, especially the double bed suites.

I didn’t like the fact that I had bed bugs in my bed, room 517 during the week of 4/14-4/16, that physically bit me, and just because they switched my room, to them I was accommodated. I was told by the housekeeping manager that I would be recompensed for my first night stay. Then when I went to checkout to see what was accommodated for me, and I was told that I had fleas or tics in my room not bed bugs. I have a clear video of what was on me, I have bite marks, and pictures. All this to say, they switched my room and gave me $20 off. I could have been accommodated better. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, especially with kids!

We enjoyed the free breakfast and some of the breakfast selections. The full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and sink was a huge plus as well as the pool being open until 10pm

We were looking for a meat selection for breakfast such as bacon or sausage but didn't see anything. It would've been great if they offered double one bedrooms with a pullout sofa in the living/ dining area instead of having a pull curtain dividing the area. We also wished the pool opened at 8 instead of 10 that way we could've went down for a swim before check out at 11.

The cleanliness, and the safe feeling atmosphere and environment. I loved the room it was very nice.

I don’t like that check in is so late. A lot of my trips require overnight travel (driving) and I need to be able to check in, during the early morning hours once I’ve driven 13 hours instead I have to wait until 4 to check in.

it was close to where we was going and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and big enough for us 6 family.

I didn’t like that our room was not service and there was not enough wash cloths. I had to throw out my on trash. I think you should have a heated pool, the pool water was freezing cold

Rooms was larger with a ton of counter space to put your stuff. Lobby was clean and breakfast was included. Refrigerator was a nice size and had a good size freezer. Let’s face it, that’s an added bonus with a family.

Our A/c in our room wasn’t working (79 degree was our room temp). We notified the front desk and they were unable to fix it. We ended up switching hotels at 11 pm, to the Hilton next door, as they were completely sold out. They offered us a breakfast coupon as the new hotel didn’t offer free breakfast. Room was smaller and didn’t have the pull out couch but at least the A/C worked.

The room size was just right the location was also great. Room was clean, bathroom was clean.

Then only issue I had was i booked in advance, I found them looking for a pet friendly hotel , I paid in advance and I was not informed about an additional $100 non refundable pet deposit , I thought it was included in the price I had already paid. Thankfully I had that but if someone e was in a budget making that trip there fury family member would have not been allowed in after already paying for the room. Once I got to our room, I read the welcome book in the room, in the book it said a $75 dollar non refundable pet deposit per pet per stay…I was charged $100? Not sure why , but I’m sure they just need to update there info in the room snd maybe add that to the webpage. Overall great room, great stay, I would stay again.

This hotel was so pretty and probably had some of the nicest staff I’ve ever met. Especially the breakfast lady who made my waffle :) she was so sweet. It was very clean and accessible,very comfortable beds.

When we went to check in they couldn’t find our reservation and it took 45 mins to check in,HOWEVER they made sure we were taken care of and had a great room.

Staff was awesome, room was really clean and fresh. TVs are nice. I work from home, so i had a king suite and there was ample room to setup my 3 monitors. Rooms are pretty sound proof too, which is nice. Keyed entry at night is nice as well. Dishwasher and deep sink, lots of table space in king suite.

Only shower, no tub. No stove in the kitchenette, but they have stove tops that you can get from the front desk apparently (haven't tried though). Couch was uncomfortable, but probably because it was a pull out.I couldn't bring my dog through the area where they serve food, i understand, but this is supposed to be pet friendly. Hard to find anything to complain about honestly.

I booked a double queen room with pull out sofa but when I called to do the contactless checkin I was notified that there were none left. my family of 5 had to manage with one king bed and a pull out sofa
