Tru by Hilton Lithia Springs, GA

Over all great stay and hands down front desk check in, can't remember her name was great!! She didn't give our room number to us out loud. I didn't even catch on to what she was doing but the bf did, when I asked what's our room number she stated I didn't give it to you out loud but wrote it on the back of your key card in case someone was behind us checking in. Which it wasn't anyone else checking in and one worker that was across the other side of the lobby but it was very good practice and much appreciated safety for our stay. Huge plus that the rooms didn't have carpet in them! Cute little feature that my name was on the tv as a welcome gesture. Bathroom was the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in my life in a hotel stay. Body washes, lotions, and hand soap all smelled so good. Aesthetics of the room was very nice and modern. Honestly no complaints! Stay was great!!

Only dislike and this could've been due to us not really knowing how to work the thermostat, but as soon as the temp got to our heated temp desire it would switch to air and blow out cold air. After about 15 minutes of fighting with it, adjusting the heat temp to as high as it would go, and switching it back and forth we just gave up and went to sleep. Maybe it got tired of us fooling with it, LOL. It was late when we got in from a concert and was beat. We didn't want to bother anyone. The bf works nights so he half sleeps at night anyway and said the thermostat just eventually went off all together during the night. We didn't bother with it the next morning as we were leaving anyway. But honestly not a complaint, everything else great about our stay out weighted this one mishap.

Breakfast excellent,👍 everything clean ,clean ,clean & it smell phenomenal . Most hotels Don’t. Love love love the gaming activity inside the place for the family to enjoy together. The body wash smelled so wonderful & the water pressure was great & hot 👍👍We highly enjoyed our stay. I will recommend anybody to stay @ this Hotel.Thanks Tru Hilton for a fabulous stay.

The big pillows on the bed was a little over baring but comfy & no microwave but none of that was a big deal. Also maybe u need to put a sound barrier around the Hotel to keep out the noise of the traffic.

The front desk staff were super nice and professional. We liked the mini “store” and self checkout option. We also enjoyed the automatic pancake maker! My morning shower was amazing, the bath products were good quality.

The only negative thing would have been the pillows and the floor of my room. The pillows were so thin, even using two was not too great. The floor was slippery feeling, which I’m glad they cleaned it but I had to have socks and/or shoes on the whole time.

Always clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and a big plus, our furry family member can stay too. We usually come for the pool and it never disappoints.

More than one Pancake maker at breakfast would be a plus. The staff does well in keeping it going smoothly though. No microwave in the room! But I understand some folks aren't clean and this would add to housekeeping duties.

We really enjoyed this property. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. The rooms were very clean, we loved the bed and the bedding, and we loved, loved, loved the bathroom!

Probably the only two criticisms were that there was not enough storage space, or a place to fold out a large piece of luggage. Also, wish there were two night stands rather than a night stand & a little side table.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, very nice rooms, love the complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Great place to stay

The only two things that could have made the stay better is the pool was closed down the only night we were actually wanting to use it and when I got there I had told them there wasn’t a hair dryer in my room and they never brought one to my room.

Breakfast was wonderful, staff are impeccable truly warm and inviting atmosphere

The walls are so thin I OFTEN heard our neighbor sneezing. The most inane of noises might as well be a cardboard box for how thin the walls were. The pool is a touch small for the location even if it is indoor which was a saving grace. Only one elevator worked during our stay which slows down the pace.

The location, the appearance on the outside, the inside design, the friendliness of the staff, the fast response from the front desk to help our needs. The breakfast was good. The cleanliness of the hotel. The smell of our rooms and hotel. The soap and shampoo and conditioner.

The Tv not working in first room, 2nd room red spot on cover, 3 room a guest assigned to our room and walking in on my family and I.

Staff were awesome, we came on a grandparents trip with our grandkids and it was the perfect place. After a long day at Six Flags we were able to get together as a family in one of your lobby rooms and play our famous bingo game together.

The noise from the highway was something that I heard all night and it kept me from sleeping as good as I would have liked.

Great staff, friendly, helpful and very courteous. Great room. Clean and comfortable. Well maintained common areas and welcoming environment.

The onlly issue was my confirmation was for a queen room with 2 queen beds but the room we were given just had a king bed. However the staff was very quick to resolve this issue and place us in a room that we requested.
