I love the location of the hotel in the historic district. The hotel was pretty and the staff was friendly.

Due to Covid no restaurants in the hotel. The hotel also did not having maid service. We had to track down out own change of towels.

Incredible staff, valet, desk clerk & cleaning crew. All were top notch. You can walk to most places. Longer walk to river. If you have trouble walking, stay closer to river. Hotel just 2 blocks from Trolley station. Rooms/suites are incredible. Bed comfy!! Couch not too bad, chair comfy. Fridge, Kuerig coffee maker. They don't clean room daily due to covid, but if you put trash & towels by door, they'll replenish (I did not do this but saw others that had done it.)

Staff allowed an early check in and with the Savannah heat it was much appreciated. Also appreciated that the facility was so much better than reviews portrayed. Always make your own assessment.

noted a lightbulb out in bathroom - did not report as it was not a big deal but upgrading to daylight bulbs in bathrooms could be a good inexpensive upgrade as the lighting was a bit dark for the bathroom.

Specifically upon arrival the valet (Cleveland) was very pleasant to me and my wife and he convinced us to use his service which was a good decision! We enjoyed conversing with him and he gave us great tips and tour advice. Then we entered the lobby and was greeted by the front desk agent who again was very nice a pleasant and allowed us to check-in a little early around 2:30 or 3:00. The hotel was beautiful and well located for our walk throughout the city.

During our stay, while in the lobby I noticed another female front desk agent assisting other customers (didn't get a name) and she was not as friendly as the lady that checked us in. She never smiled. Didn't make eye contact while they spoke with her and had a dry personality. Well ironically she was working when we checked out and it was the same unpleasant personality. Why is she in the hospitality field of work if she doesn't appear to enjoy it? Poor representation of your Hotel. I specifically mentioned to the agent and the valet that I loved their southern hospitality but the last agent (taller female) was not pleasant at all.

The staff was very friendly and flexible. They made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and although the first room we were given had some problems with TV and AC, they immediately moved us to another one. Whilst initially we were worried the location could be a little far from main attractions, it was actually very close and it is such a nice walk (10-15min). We were very glad we stayed here and we never used the car and walked every where. There is a big multistory car park just in front of the hotel and you can also park on the streets for free in the evenings and weekends.

It needed some more maintenance we felt. For example, many of the walls were damaged and scratched throughout the hotel which was pretty obvious and easily sorted with some fresh paint.

The staff was very lovely, clean, welcoming, and helpful. They were always cleaning during our stay. There is a parking garage across from the hotel was helpful. So nice there was no noises or distraction could be heard in the room. Breakfast was very refreshing. The entire visit I can say was clean and was lovely.

Arriving to find out there is no parking space for valet service. Plus hard to find a spot to park in front just to check in. There is no microwave in the room. There needs to be a bright light in front of the closet. So dark to see your self in the mirror.

The location was good. It was a little bit away from the bustle of the city market and other attractions, but very much a walking distance (10-15 minute walk from everything!) It was also pretty quiet (aside from the constructiong). It was clean and quiet, gave complimentary breakfast, and had a bar that was open each night. The lobby was a very comfortable and cute design as well.

The downside to the location was that there was construction across the street ...which started at around 7:30 every morning. This is not the hotel's fault but it was inconvenient. We didn't know until we arrived that we had complimentary breakfast, but we ended up visiting the Coffee Roasters down the road each day because the hotel coffee was not great. The staff was nice, but not exceptionally welcoming. We arrived early and wanted to stowe our bags so we could explore but they had no place to put them. It turned out that our room was already ready though, but they wouldn't let us check in early unless we paid a $35 fee.

This used to be called B-Savannah. It is exactly the same, with an attractive lobby and small bar area, and modernly decorated rooms. It is in the Historic District and within walking distance of most attractions, like museums, and restaurants.

The bar was not opened as promised. Having an official closed day of Monday only, the bartender decided not to show up on Tuesday. I had to switch rooms at check-in because the desk lamp was broken, and the phone disconnected.

.Location was great.. Being able to walk through historic Savannah easily was very convenient. Having The Dot bus ( which is free) to hop on and off with throughout town saved our legs when we needed a break. Liked being able to walk out at night to get a bite or a drink if the urge hit. Staff was very attentive and appreciated. Price was better than most hotels in historic Savannah.

Parking is a bit expensive in Savannah. Hotel offered valet parking which was extra but very convenient.

Great location. Within walking distance of most restaurants, River St and attractions. We rented the handicap room. It was very spacious plenty of room for a wheelchair and more than enough handicap accessible bars in the bathroom. Beds were very soft and comfortable.

Room wasn't cleaned daily due to lack of staff. Had to call the desk for extra towels and toilet paper.
