Cosmetically it’s beautiful to look at from the exterior and interior. The bed linens and bath linens were of fine quality. Every employee we came across was exceedingly polite, helpful and professional.

As a customer you have to pay extra for vehicle parking and for breakfast. My family and I have stayed in plenty of hotels and those hotels never charged us extra for parking and breakfast because it was free. Free breakfast and parking brings back customers.

The scene was great the location was perfect the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable

They guy at the counter charged me $20 to park at the hotel after I spent over $300 on my room and I didn't even have a parking spot to park in when I came back to my room so I had to park on the side next to the curb

Shuttle was definitely the highlight. Never had to move the car. Parking around Savannah is $$ and not fun. We are big walkers and walked everywhere during the day. We had tickets to Music Festival performances both nights and the shuttle was perfect for getting there. The regular Olde Pink House drop off/pick up site was within 2 blocks to our venues and the shuttle assured a timely arrival. "Jazz" the driver was most hospitable. The room was well designed and beds very comfortable. Really liked having the sofa and table for sitting while in the room. Nothing worse than having to sit on the beds all the time.

Although it was nice to have breakfast available it was a little pricey. $9 for contintental and $15 for the hot breakfast seemed a bit much. Don't know if the chaffers were not working well but my eggs, sausage and biscuit were hardly even warm. Eggs tasted instant. Coffee was excellent though, and to be fair - food costs were on the high side everywhere. Was disappointed the bicycles were not available. The evening desk clerk said we did not need to reserve for the morning only to find they were taken out for servicing the next morning. Great that they are offered, and we like to walk anyway.

Toilet paper and having to pay to park at a hotel you are paying for is sort of like paying for a hamburger bun after paying for a hamburger.

The property, location, amenities, and staff very great! We loved the decor of the room and how spacious it was. Especially the bathroom and the corner couch it was a nice perfect stay!

We had a little hiccup during check in. The price from booking was adding up to the price they were charging us. They were trying to up the price for the second night by 200 bucks! So save your emails and the price break down on booking so this doesn’t happen to you. Thankfully Kat handled the situation and saved the day!

The staff were Very welcoming and supportive. Valerie in the bar created my favorite Authentic Italian Manhattan... Request one and tell her Pete sent Ya...Jazz the courtesy driver literally went way beyond expectations...We specifically went to Savannah to attend a concert...Jazz actually waited the whole unbelievable 3hrs the concert lasted and had to deal with some pretty crazy traffic situations to get us out of there. Just some of the great ppl there at the Bluff

Received email from hotel saying the reservation was going to be canceled because CC was rejected. Room was prepaid but personnel didn’t know how to see it on their IT system Reception personnel not very welcoming and told us when we arrived that breakfast was served from 6 to 10am but we found out next day there was no breakfast served because of renovation. This wasn’t mentioned when reserving and obviously the personnel didn’t know when we arrived. We were only offered a sorry as compensation. Hotel location outside historic downtown Savannah

The room and furnishings were great. We didn't take advantage of many amenities as we were spending time with our son and had all meals out. The location was very convenient and we left our car parked at the facility and walked everywhere. The woman at the desk at check-in was super friendly and helpful--pointing out the amenities and nearby Savannah facilities.

The only amenity we took advantage of was the morning coffee in the breakfast area. I was disappointed to see it in one of two small pots. The coffee was lukewarm and very strong, fine with me but my wife didn't care for it at all.

Breakfast was good, clean The room was attractive and the beds very comfortable. the shuttle experience was generally convenient Tatiana, at the front desk and the maintenance manager were exceptional.

Didn't understand why shuttle not available in mornings - only from 2 to 10pm. Front desk attendant at check-in was not welcoming. However, staff thereafter was great. Really did not like no access to a printer - rather had to email documents to be printed at front desk. While staff was accommodating, this lacks any degree of privacy.

It was a convenient location to walk downtown and see the best sites of Savannah's historical district. There is also a helpful hotel shuttle service in which a driver, Jazz, will pick you up and drop you off to various pre-determined locations in the city. Quite useful if you want to save 15 minutes for a walk.

Not much here. I would say no free water bottles and paying for "premium" (read normal) wifi. The elevator is kind of old too.
