Best Western Plus Greenwood Indy South Inn

The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. staff was friendly for the most part. The only complaint is that the pet fee is OUTRAGEOUS!! $100 per pet per day. We had been displaced due to a tornado in the area and had to find other housing for our pets. This was by far the most expensive pet fee we’ve ever seen as pet parents that travel 2-5 times a year. No pet park, no pet accommodations; just an outrageous pet fee for no reason. Place was clean and food was great. Showers could stand to be upgraded with the prices but nothing terrible. Most everything was wonderful. Room was nice and spacious. Bathroom was great. The pool was relaxing.

Whoever decides metal boxes go around the beds needs to be horsewhipped. One can barely touch it or kick it without it sounding like a thunderstorm. Breakfast was ok. The biscuits tasted old but tolerable with condiments. The cheese/egg foldover thing tasted like it had been in freezer for months. Disintegrated in the mouth. The rest of breakfast was amazing. Coffee machine was great!

Nicely Newly remodeled & updated rooms.

The bath tub is slippery. Need non slip material in the tub or a mat. No hand rails in the shower/tub. Wonder why a walk in shower wasn’t installed for the remodel. There was dust & papers behind the bed up against the wall where the bottom metal piece didn’t cover to the walk. The sides of the bed had a metal cover that was loud when you hit it with your feet The breakfast was awful. The pool was very nice with a nice outside driving area.

I liked the location as it was near Franciscan Hospital and many restaurants in interstate. I prefer hotels having interior room access as this location does have. The bed was very comfortable, the facility was clean, breakfast was very good too. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

They could use another luggage cart. Only one was working and the other broken.

When we walked in the hotel was tidy and smelled clean. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and checked us in quickly. The room was clean and beds comfy. The pool was nice. A bit small, but it was warm and clean. It was a bit pricey, but it was nice. Would stay again.

Very clean. Updated decor. Comfy bed and pillows. Strong water pressure in the shower. The pool was clean and heated.

The breakfast lady was cleaning up before breakfast time was over. We were there about 20 minutes before it was supposed to end, and she had already started taking food and drinks away.

Very clean, modern hotel with excellent offerings for breakfast. Close to expressway, gas stations and food. Located in a office/business park and area was clean and safe.

Would have liked the pool hours to be longer. There was no facility map indicating ice or vending machines.

Breakfast was ok. Was concerned when a gray hound bus of kids pulled in but after 9 didn’t hear a thing and we were next to the lobby. This was a very nice and clean hotel for a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again, and not afraid to try another best western plus.

The breakfast was served by a very nice staff. The area was kept clean & tidy. The clerk when we checked in was pleasant. He quickly got our room assigned… and placed us on the side of the property NOT facing the busy interstate!

Great location and hotel room was well maintained

$25 dollars per pet per night. We have 2 dogs so it cost an extra $150 for a 3 night stay. They say it is pet friendly but the fee is punitive.
